• Núria (8/5): El centre de Florència per gaudir-la - La situació, està al centre, a prop de tots els llocs per visitar, a tocar del Duomo Els trams d’escales per pujar, desprès de caminar tot el dia. L’esmorzar és en una cafeteria a dos minuts, bon productes però el servei depèn de la gen que hi ha i s’havia d’esperar.

• Susanna (7/5): Insomma .... - Posizione centrale, molto comoda per visitare la città. Il gestore, Maurizio gentile e accogliente. La colazione presso un bar molto vicino è abbondante e buona. La pulizia lascia un po' a desiderare. I mobili avrebbero bisogno di un restauro e in generale ci vorrebbe un po' di cura ( es l'asta del soffione della doccia non tiene). Essendo in una via centrale la stanza non è silenziosa.

• Sofija (10/5): AMAZING. - The host Maurizio is absolutely amazing! From beginning to end, excellent communication and very polite professional person. As for the accommodation, it exceeded our expectations. It was so spacious, bed was extremely comfortable and even though we had a room next to the street it was not noisy for us at all. Also, if noise bothers you, you always have earplugs in the room for you to use. We totally recommend! /
• Iryna (8/5): - Sehr zentral, gutes Frühstück, sehr gastfreundlich. Nettes Zimmer. Schlechte Fensterisolierung, ohne Ohrstöpsel sehr laut in der Nacht (waren auch noch von Samstag auf Sonntag da) Es gab einen Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer, aber nur zwei Teebeutel- einmal Fenchel und einmal Früchtetee, zumal der schon mal geöffnet war und sehr ramponiert aussah.

• Daiana (10/5): Great stay in Florence - Great location - close to a lot of things and area was very safe. It got a bit loud at times, but that’s expected for a city. There is a beautiful view of the street and arch to the piazza. We enjoyed people watching at the end of the night. Maurizio was incredibly helpful and sweet. Communicating with him before arrival was so easy. He gave us a ton of recommendations when we arrived and they were all incredible. Nothing!

Alles in kurzer Distanz zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer war zu einer belebten Straße hin und daher Nachts tendenziell laut. Ohrenstöpsel gehören zur Grundausstattung des Zimmers

I rummet, som var mycket bullrigt (öronproppar tillhandahölls!), var safe-box ur funktion liksom mörkläggningen. Entrén var ful, med trista trappor i en mörk port. Frukosten fick intas i ett ganska närbeläget café med stök och slö service.

Rooms were quiet with a nice shower. Nice breakfast at cafe around the block. Property was bit hard to find initially. A few flights of stairs to get up.

• Kliese (10/5): We highly recommend this location & room which did accommodate 3 adults comfortably. - The property is at a great location to the train station, shopping & restaurants. Maurizio is a great host and was very helpful to us. Unfortunately, the elevator access was not on the main floor of the entrance. But Maurizio was helpful with assisting to reach the landing where elevator was located.

• Seyma (7/5): Konumu şahaneydi. - Floransa büyük otellerin kenti değil. Bunun yerine küçük ve şirin oteller ağırlıkta. Kahvaltı hizmeti kaldığımız mekanda değil otele yakın bir cafede verildi. Bu durum da Floransa'da çok yaygın. Kahvaltı için üç seçenek var (Klasik bir Avrupa kahvaltısı şeklinde).

• Kathrin (8/5): Tolles B&B in Florenz - Sehr sauberes, schönes Zimmer mit allem, was man braucht. Sehr gute Lage, alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Frühstücksgutscheine gab es in einem nahegelegenen Café. Sehr unkompliziert und lecker. Die Lautstärke sowohl von draußen, als auch durch die dünnen Wände vom Nachbarzimmer. Wen sowas nicht stört, keine negativ Punkte. (Oropax gab es aber kostenlos im Zimmer, falls nötig)

• Andrea (8/5): Un meraviglioso weekend - Colazione ottima in bar vicinissimo convenzionato con la struttura. Bravi a proporre tre diverse varianti che soddisfano tutte le esigenze. posizione della struttura fantastica tutte le attrazioni principali sono a circa 10minuti a piedi. Migliorerei sicuramente il bagno, nonstante le piccole dimensioni era funzionale ma ha bisogno sicuramente di qualche piccolo lavoretto di sistemazione.

• Victoria (9/5): Location, location,location! - Very friendly and helpful staff! Very cosy , small hotel! Everything is 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel. Ten minutes walk from tram stop directly from airport in 30 minutes. The noise outside of the hotel, but of course the staff thoughtful enough, left us some earpluggs!
• Karolina (10/5): - The accommodation is in a great location, and the rooms are clean, tidy, and stylishly decorated. The staff is very helpful. The biggest plus was being able to leave our luggage before check-in and after check-out, which allowed us to explore Florence freely without worrying about our bags. Unfortunately, the guests in the room next to ours were shouting and banging all night, which was quite loud. However, that has nothing to do with the accommodation itself.

• Soledad (8/5): Bien ubicado - Lo mas lindo es que estaba cerva de todo muy centrico y comodo . El desyuno era en un cafe a la vuelta muy lindo y con 3 variedades para elegir. Todas muy ricas. Las habitaciones estan bien para estancias cortas. El problema es que hay una escalera bastante incoma del acceso a la entrada al ascensor eso se podria mejorar .

Molto gentile e disponibile il personale, prima dell’arrivo e durante la permanenza Le scale sono un po’ ripide e strette ma bisogna considerare l’antichita’ della struttura (e comunque qualora servisse vi è un montascale)

• Juliana (10/5): A localização é simplesmente indescritível: você fica literalmente na rua da Fontana di Trevi. A Via del Corso fica ao l - Absolutamente tudo foi perfeito! Ficamos meu marido, eu e nossa filha de 15 anos. O conforto é incrível. Dá para dormir muito bem em todas as camas, que são super confortáveis e espaçosas. Um dos quartos usamos para deixar as malas e transformar em closet. A sala tem um sofá super confortável para assistir TV. Caminhávamos o dia inteiro e, quando chegávamos em casa, relaxávamos assistindo às nossas séries preferidas. A cozinha é boa, embora não tenhamos cozinhado muito. O banheiro é ótimo e o chuveiro é maravilhoso. Parecia que não tínhamos saído de casa. Super, super indico! Absolutamente nada

• Giorgio (7/5): In pieno centro... - Posizione centralissima. In un attimo si arriva ovunque. Le pareti tra una camera e l'altra sono molto "sottili" x cui si sente tutto della stanza confinante. Noi siamo stati fortunati di avere vicini civili. Diversamente servono i tappi che vengono forniti dalla struttura.

• Simona (8/5): - Posizione assolutamente strategica per la visita della città, é a 5 minuti a piedi dal Duomo e da Palazzo Vecchio e a 10/15 da San Lorenzo. La colazione viene fornita da un bar dietro l’angolo che offre tre tipi di colazione molto abbondante (una dolce e due salate). Per quanto riguarda il rumore ci sono stati schiamazzi, ma l’host ci aveva avvisati e fortuito di tappi per le orecchie. Comunque, essendo andata in bassa stagione, gli schiamazzi ci sono stati una sola notte, nulla di problematico. La stanza è fornita anche di bollitore, due tisane e nescafè. Al primo giorno ci è stata omaggiata una bottiglietta d’acqua. La pulizia non era eccellente, sui comodini c’era polvere (in particolare su uno, che riportava un finto fiore decorativo… anch’esso impolverato, personalmente lo toglierei), il copriletto aveva segni di vecchie macchie e ho trovato qualche lungo capello nero, non mio. Ma la stanza veniva riordinata ogni mattina, gli asciugamani cambiati e in generale si tratta solo di dare qualche attenzione al dettaglio in più.
