• ANGEL (7/5): - Muy buena ubicación.Muy buena comunicación con el/la dueño/a.Parking gratis Para ducharse,como en muchos apartamentos de Bulgaria,no tiene ducha, esta insertado en el cuarto de baño y se pringa todo de agua, en este caso se sale por la puerta y se llena el salon
• Eirini (4/5): uncomfortable for 4 people and not cleaned properly - The apartment is very close to the centre and the parking space is private and safe. The room was very small to accommodate 4 people and it didn’t feel clean enough. Both beds didn’t have proper or clean sheets. Dust and hairs in the towels -that were stinky- plus some dirty-like pillows in a big cabinet next to the sink. Last but not least, when we came, there was some poop remains in the toilet, which means it was not properly cleaned. It is a very low cost apartment and the host was helpful but we would prefer a more thorough clean up before we arrived.

Otopark olanağı gayet iyi Mutfak malzemeleri yetersiz ve temiz değil banyo küçük temizlik daha iyi olabilir kahve makinesi çalışmıyor. Perde biz odadayken kendiliğinden düştü ve yerine takmak zorunda kaldım

• Stefko (3/5): задовалителен - единствено хубаво че е на центара на София, стаята е много малка колкото едно легпо, хола също много малък, а такъв кухненски бокс до тогава не бах виждал, а за хладилника да не говорим, банята едвам влизаш, цената е много висока за тази стая, това е реално една стая около 20 кв,м, преградена на спалня хол с бокс и баня,

• Kamil (7/5): - Świetna lokalizacja, blisko głównej stacji metra jak i głównych atrakcji. Mieszkanie odsunięte od ulicy, przez co jest bardzo cicho i spokojnie. Bardzo mała łazienka, ciężko korzystać z niej w komfortowy sposób. Po kąpieli wszystko wewnątrz jest zalane. Umywalka z kranem również mało praktyczna.
• Natalia (10/5): 100% RECOMENDADO - La ubicación (está literalmente al lado del centro, a 5 minutos del Boulevard Vitosha y el Palacio presidencial). Hay comercios, farmacia, muchos supermercados en la misma calle o en las adyacentes. El anfitrión dejó cápsulas de café. Todo estaba limpio, TIENE PLAZA DE PARKING. El espacio del alojamiento está muy bien aprovechado. Tiene aire acondicionado, que en verano con plena ola de calor en Sofía es de agradecer. El trato con el anfitrión, Angel, ha sido inmejorable, comunicación super fluida y nos ayudó cuando lo necesitamos. Recomiendo 100% Por decir algo (nada importante), había poco jabón y papel higiénico pero aun así nos dio para la estancia. La cama no es incómoda pero un colchón diferente y almohadas más grandes o cómodas podría ayudar. También son nuestros gustos personales. Aun así, todo perfecto

• Danijela Ivanovic (8/5): - Domacin je veoma ljubazan, azuran i stoji na raspolaganju za sva vasa pitanja. Dobra i laka komunikacija uz detaljna upustva o kljucu i ulasku u smestaj. Smestaj je mali ali opremljen sa stilom. Kreveti su izuzetno udobni Lokacija je veoma dobra. Higijena u samom smestaju nije bas na zavidnom nivou. Posteljina i sudovi su cisti, ali sam apartnan (pod, kupatilo, prasina, sudipera) mogli bi biti cistiji.
• Guest (2/5): - The only good thing is that it is close to the center and has parking. The accommodation is too small and stuffy, we felt claustrophobic, it was impossible to sleep. The water in the bathroom was leaking everywhere. We could not wait for dawn to continue our journey.
• Popescu (3/5): Never again. - Quiet, shady and yet, a parking space. It was the second worst accommodation I've ever had, after the one in England. The blinds on the only usable window only worked halfway. Dirty tiles in the bathroom + unpleasant smell. When you showered, you wet the entire bathroom, including the toilet. You could only get out of bed with your feet, with the side walls next to the bed. The reserved parking space was occupied by another car, which didn't leave while we were there. In the end, we parked nearby, after the accommodation operator confirmed that there would be no problems with the other residents. The key was not in the box at the entrance to the building, but at the entrance to the tunnel, in the street. Many phones, a lot of hassle and a building that looks like it's waiting to be demolished.

Easy and effective communication with the host. Smooth check-in experience. It would be useful lf the bedside light worked.

• Bkerest (3/5): Pit stop... no! - Just 5 minutes from Serdica, and Vitosha road, we free parking... Hostess allowed us to leave the car in the parking place longer! The room was extremely small! It was like a car garage, but closed! It was not clean, you could see spots on the floor, and when we opened the sofa bed, there were things dropped behind. The worst was that there was an intense smell of smoke. Worst than a "afyon yuvası" (леговище за опиум). The only thing was missing was the smoke, but the smell was awuful! The bathroom was tiny as well, and the boiler was loosing water, so the floor was always yet.

• Michael (1/5): read your reviews and act on the negative comments. do not ignore. - location and free parking. however there isn't enough text for the bad comments so they are going here. where to start? this could very easily have been a 8 or 9 star review but it looks like the owner either does not read his reviews or worse ignores them. booked for 4 people plus child and emailed host a few days before to confirm. As previous reviewers have stated there was only bedding for a single bed, not for a double sofa bed. so 2 adults had to sleep in their clothes and leave the pathetic bedding to the child. and then access. This was like an escape room in reverse! Access to the car park is through a very narrow archway from a busy street. We have a RAV 4 SUV and only just managed to access. anything bigger would have struggled. if you have a large SUV dont even bother. Then the lock box. We were sent the wrong photo of the old lock box and so struggled for 15 minutes in the freezing weather to try and open the wrong box. There is a second box just to the right, but neither have apartment numbers on them. Then the description says its the brown door, not very helpful when the entrance hall is dimly lit and the obvious door which is in front of you has a big welcome sign and the number 65. again struggled to open this door (as its the wrong door) and the non descript door to the right with no number on is the correct entrance. would have been very very easy to just say "its the first door on the right" Having struggled for nearly 30 minutes we eventually gained access. took us another 5 minutes to find the light switches which were hidden in the back of a cupboard. Next puzzle was the WIFI code. Not written on a welcome guide (there wasn't one) or at eye level on the back of a door, or even stuck on the router which was above the TV, no no no lets put it on a tiny white sticker on the edge of a the white TV stand about 10 cm from the floor. that one took us over an hour to find. continued. as others have said the toilet cubicle come shower is a waste of time. Because the apartment is so small you are forced to take your change of clothes and towel into the shower room. BIG mistake. The water goes everywhere and all clothes and towels got soaked. plus there was only 1 toilet roll (no spare) which also got soaked meaning we had to go and buy more. the bedroom curtain was held up by 2 curtain hooks, first time we tried to close them they came down and the outside shutter only closes half way big problem as it on the ground floor and the bedroom looks out onto the car park. there is a chess board sized dining table but only 2 chairs, and the light switch for the bathroom is below the coat hooks so when you need to go in the dark you struggle to find the switch waking everybody up. i could go on but i am almost out of words oh there is a fridge but it doesn't work! . no door on bedroom and a small thin wall only half separating this from the living area means zero privacy This apartment should NOT be advertised for more than 2 people and they also have the brazen cheek to charge more for the pleasure!
• Plejo (9/5): Small but comfy. Good value for money. - Wonderfull. I'd ask the host to check the bathroom cupboard/mirror as soon as possible.It's probably going to fall soon.
• Andrea (9/5): Good value for money - Great Central location easy to walk or catch public transport to the sights. We'll equipped little apartment, appreciated that the Aircon ran hot or cold immediately. Comfortable bed. Coffee supplied.very quiet The host was very nice and brought a new heater which I actually didn't Need to use as the aircon was warm enough I just wasn't keen on the tiny washroom which soaked everything and got very slippy. The curtains slid off when I tried to close them so had to prop them shut with a vase. A microwave would be a great addition as you can't really self cater with 2 hobs

• A. (5/5): Decent for short stay and no car - Very good communication with host, location is great, next to center and all kinds of transport. There is coffee and tea. Even a fridge and stove and kitchenware The entry to the parking is really narrow, not very suitable for large cars like our suv, toilet is really small, shower is unusable because it floods everything, room is actually really small only fit for short stays of one or two days, no room to leave suitcases or more luggage otherwise and for no more than 2 people.
