- Arghir (4/5): Diferit față de oferta descrisă . - Personalul restaurantului a fost serviabil și binevoitor. Calitatea rezonabilă. Am avut halate de baie și papuci de unică folosință. Micul dejun figura chiar și pe chitanța trimisă de proprietar ca inclusă în prețul sejurului. În realitate hotelul nu a recunoscut ca valabilă pentru apartament. Prețul exagerat la micul dejun, ar trebui să existe posibilitatea plății separat pentru cei care nu preferă bufetul cu autoservire, eu nefiind din aceia care exagerează cu cantitățile mâncate. Lipsesc cu desăvârșire hărțile turistice cu indicațiile obiectivelor interesante, la fel și cu panourile și indicatoarele spre obiectivele demne de vizitat. Nu am văzut nici un punct de informare în acest sens. Canapeaua din living parțial deteriorată. Prosoapele neschimbate în tot sejurul, nu a venit nimeni pentru curățenie zilnică.

- Ekaterina (10/5): Loved our stay in Pamporovo and will come back! - Beautiful location. Boutique hotel with all amenities needed for a great stay in Pamporovo. The restaurant can get quite full with the half board bookings so you should book in advance dinner or you might not find a table.
