È stato aperto uno spazio extra al piano sottostante ma con minor scelta. Ci sono cartelli che segnalano la “rush hour” per la colazione ma ciò denota un problema strutturale di gestione delle colazioni. Si dovrebbero attivare più punti colazione con la medesima offerta. Se non fosse stato per questo inconveniente avrei messo 10.

- Pedro (8/5): Form prevails over functionality. - I had previously stayed at another W hotel, in Osaka. Here in Suzhou the same general pattern repeats itself: modern, trendy, edgy design. Breakfast is a feast. The hotel is connected to a huge mall, which is quite convenient. And a fantastic lobby completes the picture. The laundry service deserves praise: punctual and of excellent quality. All this level of modernity comes with trade-offs. The furniture, for example, is beautiful but offers very few drawers. As a result, there is no option but to leave one’s clothes in the suitcases, which is rather annoying. Another point worth mentioning is the partition between the bedroom and the bathroom. It consists of a translucent wall—undoubtedly beautiful—but one that floods the entire room with light whenever the bathroom lights are turned on. Either you use the bathroom in the dark, or you end up waking anyone else in the room.

Direkt am Shopping Center liegend mit direkter Anbindung, bietet das W eine hervorragende Freizeitgestaltung. Das Personal ist top und alle sprechen hervorragend Englisch. Das Management des W ist exzellent.

- Rosje (7/5): - Location is o the city landmark. The lightings in the room, colourful color of green, purple, pink is too dark, and also creates an unsophisticated ambience. Considering it is a W chain, and its on the city landmark, it should be more prestigious. But that in my opinion makes the hotel feels cheap.

- Qing (9/5): Good value - The room and bed is big. The view from high floor room is amazing. Next to Suzhou mall, can go through to the mall via level 3. The design of room lighting.
- Adam (10/5): Exceptional - Fantastic location, breakfast was incredible, staff was always very nice. The overall atmosphere and design of the hotel make it seem like it's suitable for younger people, but nearly everyone would feel good staying there. Rooms feel super modern (electrochromic or liquid crystal glass in the bathroom, etc). The highlight of my stay was the lobby bar (Woo Bar). The bartender was super cool and remembered our "custom" drink the next day. The sound quality at the bar was fantastic too. Loved the live DJ ascending on the moving DJ table from behind the bar shelf. Sol37 was also good, but we enjoyed the atmosphere and open space of the Woo Bar more. If someday in the future I end up in Suzhou again, this will be my go-to place.

View was extraordinary, parking included, direct access to the shopping mall, nice cocktails at the reception bar. Excellent starting point for a run or a cycling trip. . Restaurant cooled down too much, adjusted after our complain. Breakfast room too loud and more like a canteen - we like the one in Shanghai more.

- Ran (10/5): It is currently the best business hotel in Suzhou. - I have been working in Suzhou for over 18 years. Usually, I stay in another area, another hotel (we won't mention his name... but since COVID-19, it hasn't returned to the same level). I was looking for something else. Three months ago, I had a meeting in the W's lobby and was helped by the staff. And even though I was not a hotel guest, the staff helped me exceptionally. So I decided to spend the night there. I must mention the service of the staff at the hotel, the restaurant at the hotel - one of the best I've eaten... And another essential thing for me - the Gin and tonic is one of the best I've drunk!... Without a doubt, this is the hotel. The surroundings of the hotel are lovely. It has everything - view, shopping centres... excellent.

- Shih (8/5): Great hotel if it can be cooler - It is located in the new area of Suzhou, very modern and convenient as it is connected to a big shopping mall next door. But it is some distance away from the old town. Staff are polite and sincere to address your concerns and questions, nice. The air-con did not function properly. We set the temperature to 17 degree C but the temperature never went down very far. This would matter during the day time as we had a much more costly lake-view room facing the sun. The air came out from the air-con felt like normal draft instead of cool air. It was even kind of warm in the middle of the night. If it was in the mid of summer, we would reconsider whether to choose this hotel.

- Ping (3/5): Poor - Location Staff were not well trained, reception staff were not competent. Housekeeping staff ignored the Do not disturbed sign everyday, knocked on the door to clean the room, stating she then could go have lunch. When I asked to have the sofa bed made up staff just left bedding items on the sofa bed, stating it wasn't a bed,she didn't seem to want to do it. though on booking.com site, it was presented as a sofa bed, and it was made by some staff during our previous stay. The attitude of some staff were completely careless and arrogant. We will not choose to stay in W Suzhou again.
