Sirotina (5/5): - Большая площадь Очень грязно, пахнет плесенью и везде толстый слой пыли. В постеле чужие волосы. Просила поменять бельё - персонал не отреагировал.

Peishan (4/5): It's so dirty with cockroachs and mosquitoes. - The room is the same as the picture show and quiet. The room is dirty and smells a little bad,there are many cockroachs and mosquitoes,the child slept all night ang got up a face full of bumps.Also it's quite far from everywhere except west lake.
Fei (8/5): Very good - Large room with kitchen, kind staff, reasonable price. Good for value. A little bit far from Hanoi city center.
