Jose (1/5): Tenían sobre cupo y no pudimos ingresar - Nada, muy mala atención, confirmaron la reserva y al momento de llegar al lugar dijeron que no tenían habitaciones disponibles. No pudimos ni entrar a la habitación y adicional a esto obviamente nos cobraron por booking y tenemos que esperar varias semanas el reembolso
