• Leita (7/5): It's simple, nice, accommodation close to Central Airlie Beach shops and Marinas - This is nice simple and clean accommodation, just five mins walk from all the central Airlie Beach shops with a view over the harbour. There's a large Woolworths, great coffees, THE most amazing fish and chip shop, and all only 10 mins in an Uber from Coral Bay Marina 3 chairs in the lounging area would have been nice, as we were 3 guests. Otherwise, everything was easy

• Adele (8/5): Great location and view, well appointed comfortable room - Great location and view from the room, the site is a little old but the room has been renovated and well appointed. Hard to get big 4 wheel drives into the car park. Stairs only access.

• Cassidy (7/5): Good - Beautiful location with a wonderful ocean view. Spacious room Water gets cold, noticed some bugs here and there which was not pleasant. Felt like it needed a deeper clean in some areas.

• Vahida (8/5): Great stay wit amazing views - Location and view were amazing close to everything. Could do with a deep clean. Lounges were dirty. Would be better if there was a washing machine and oven. Bar downstairs was open until 12 on Saturday night which was really noisy.

• Aimee (7/5): Good location, comfortable and clean room - the location was good, it was clean and the bathroom was nice the tv was very small, the parking was bad and you could hear everything in the room next to you. which is hard to avoid but for that reason i wouldn’t stay there again

• Chloe (10/5): Exceptional - We loved how spacious the room was for three people and suitcases! The balcony and views were amazing! Right in the hub of the town, walkable distance to everything!
• Kelly (7/5): Good stay - Location, clean and tidy. There was barely any hot water in the shower. Travelling with kids, this room was too close to the bar as it was quite noisy at night, I wish I would of known as I would of booked a room a bit further away from the bar.

We where able to walk down the stairs to grab some dinner which was very convenient and the staff there was very kind and fast service The bathroom door didn’t close and the one time I forced it to close I almost got stuck inside

• Priyanka (3/5): Uncomfortable and dissatisfied - It had a view and pool The bathroom was very old and unkempt. It feld very unhygienic. The door didn’t close as well. Their was water leaking from the toilet. The next door Unit had a door access from within our Unit and was too noisy. We could all their music and screaming.

Nobody onsite to help with questions (private arrangement not actually through the resort managers themselves). Would recommend ringing direct and getting a much cheaper rate instead
• Sofia (9/5): Superb - The location is great, and the view from the room is amazing. It has a very comfortable terrace to enjoy the views to the sea. The beds were super comfortable. Toilet needs a bit of maintenance
• Nicole (10/5): Use of all facilities within the resort area was fabulous many swimming pool & watersport options. - The view was amazing, was on balcony looking out over the water constantly. Comfortable furniture, beds etc. Ample towels and supplies. Bathroom was quite large and loved the separate toilet space and both a bath & shower with 2 separate hand basin areas. Use of non motorised watersports at no additional cost was fantastic, we loved the ability to snorkel, sail, SUP & kayak everyday if wanted...this really made our trip. Would be great to have a few minor crockery & cutlery and small microwave to allow having small snack meals instead of having to buy from restaurants as can get quite expensive.
• Amanda (2/5): Very poor - Definitely the view and location Bathroom was dirty and floor was black with dirt. The bathroom door doesn’t close because it’s buckled. Bed has a single blanket on a double bed.
• Nikhil (6/5): Pleasant - View, Proximity to Airlie Beach and Pickup/drop locations for most attractions Interior - Bathroom door didn’t close, and the hinges were extremely noisy. - Electric cooktop doesn’t work - Electric kettle had dirt marks / white residues on the coil, not usable. Same with steel utensils. Exterior - No LIFTS - Anchor bar down stairs quite noisy during evenings - Conversations from adjacent apartments clearly audible and disturbing

It's directly above the Anchor Bar, which was not a problem as I think it closes no later than 10pm on a weekend, so it was only loud up until then. Very basic accommodation. Toilet seat was broken and was not fixed as promised. Toilet door would not close. It's in very desperate need of a revamp! It states on the advertising it includes shampoo, conditioner and soap - there was a sample size of these to share between three and two small soaps, so definitely bring your own. The photos definitely do not show the rooms imperfections.

• Jennifer (4/5): lactation great but room needs a bit more attention for the price charged - pleasant staff, location, views, pool area and bar. the bathroom needs an upgrade, looks a little tired. the shower didn’t work properly. the bathroom door didn’t close fully. bedside table only in one side of the bed which is so annoying! could have done with a small dining table inside apartment. this particular apartment isn’t affiliated with the reception like the other better apartment that our friends were in. so there was no one to complain to or contact.!! the key lock box is very insecure! have stayed in better for cheaper..

I could not recommend this place to anyone. - views from the balcony property was filthy. fluid stains on kitchen cupboards, peeling paint and mould in the bathroom. ceiling fan in bedroom/lounge not working. Asked for maintenance to fix fan which took over 2 days to fix. Balcony door could not lock therefore room was not secured while we were not there. Room is directly over the public bar. very loud music and voices. The walk to the studio is up a very steep hill. You need maximum fitness to get there if you don’t have a car. There are no lifts on property just lots of stairs.
