• Evgeniia (10/5): - Хорошее расположение, рядом метро. Удобное заселение, хороший балкон и вид. Приятный персонал и хозяин. Разрешили оставить вещи утром еще до заселения. Не хватает полотенец, у нас было по 1 среднему полотенцу на человеку, а хотелось бы еще полотенце для ног и большое для душа. На кухне не было доски для нарезки продуктов, ножи стоит заострить. Квартира однокомнатная и между диваном и кроватью есть небольшая перегородка, то есть это не две разные комнаты, а одна студия.
• Michal Pincák (8/5): Klidný apartmán v tichém domě v blízkosti stanice metra. - Apartmán v klidném domě. Dobré vybavení kuchyně. Prostorná koupelna. V blízkosti možnost nákupu potravin. Stanice metra v docházkové vzdálenosti. Stání na vyložení zavazadel před domem. Málo hrnců na vaření. Sezení na balkóně pouze pro dva. Ložnice není oddělena dveřmi.

• Reinhard (9/5): Schöner Aufenthalt im Swan Stay Prop. 17 - Sehr gute Lage, Bus, Tram und U-Bahn in der Nähe, sehr gute Kommunikation und Hilfsbereitschaft mit dem Gastgeber, alles da was man so brauchte und es funktionierte - kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

• Ema (10/5): - Lovely, clean and cozy apartment, with close proximity to the bus station, metro station, groceries and restaurants. Also the host was very helpful and responsive. It was the perfect stay for our trip to Vienna.

• Marina (9/5): Хорошие апартаменты - Милая студия для двоих, максимум троих, если третий ребёнок. Все удобства в вашем распоряжении (даже стиральная машина, духовой шкаф и посудомоечная машина, мы были одну ночь и ничем этим не пользовались). Удобная кровать, чистое белье и все в квартире чисто. Для нас это главные критерии. Брали как близкое жилье к главной станции, но идти прилично. Автобус приехал поздно и мы устали пока добрались пешком с багажом. Это нужно учитывать, если вы не на машине. Утром на трамвае путь не показался длинным.

• Medic (10/5): Amazing value for the money. Modern and clean - The apartment was very well heated, very warm, which was really appreciated because of the cold wather outside. Everything was well cleaned, the bathroom was really nice. There is a smart TV and there was even a coffee machine. We didn’t use the balcony but it would be such a nice place to drink coffee in the warmer months. The sofa wasn’t really comfortable

• Nicolas (4/5): Nicht zu empfehlen!!! - Der Check-In ist einfach. Die Unterkunft kann ich absolut nicht empfehlen, die Wohnung war nicht sauber, überall Haare von den Vorgängern, es ist alles in einem heruntergekommenen Zustand, Steckdosen hängen aus der Wand, Abdeckung wo Kabel dahinter sind offen, der Handtuchhalter fehlt, es gibt pro Person ein großes Handtuch. Es müffelt in der Wohnung. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit irgendwo Sachen aufzuhängen, der Schrank den es gibt, steht so auf dem Boden das die Tür nur schwer aufgeht. Diese Wohnung gehört dringend saniert und ist ihr Geld nicht Wert.

• David (5/5): Not for everyone - The room was clean and there is a coffee machine The neigbourhood was so-so and during my stay loud neighbours next door had a party at night (3am). Most importantly, it was impossible to fully close the door to terrace (the terrace is shared with two other apartments), which means anyone from the two other flats could enter my room.
• Manuel (5/5): In Ordnung für einen kurzen oder günstigen Aufenthalt - Die Unterkunft war recht günstig und akzeptierte einen Aufenthalt für eine Nacht. Sie hat einen kleinen Rooftop-Balkon, der am Abend ganz angenehm war. Sie hat Geschirrspüler und eine Waschmaschine. Persönlich trifft man niemanden an. Es wird alles per E-Mail und ausschließlich auf Englisch kommuniziert. Den SChlüssel findet man in einem Schlüsselsafe. Die Wohnung war an mehreren Stellen nicht sauber gereinigt. Im Bad waren noch Zahnpasta-Spuren am Spiegel, an der Wand und auf der Ablage. In der Dusche waren die Fugen verfärbt. Das Bett ist ein günstiges Bett - eher eine ausziehbare Couch. Es gibt keine Nachtkästchen oder Steckdose für das Handy am Bett. Die Küche ist sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Wenig Geschirr, dafür sauber. Die Balkontüre klemmt zum TEil. Der Küchenschwamm war schon gebraucht. Für eine Nacht war es ganz in Ordnung.

• Matthew (3/5): Extremely let down. - The location & ease of getting to the main train station. The property is in desperate need of a coat of paint I don’t this has been done in many a year, underneath the bed & sofa are many large packs of tiles, on a celling light the bedroom area a electrical celling light wires are exposed !!!! The door going to the balcony doesn’t open properly at all & there’s no table & chair out there as advertised in the pictures. Seems to me the rental agency do not care about the details of maintenance & the light on the celling is dangerous & should the property should not be rented out until this is resolved it’s dangerous !!!
• Callum (7/5): Good - Decent location, comfortable, nice balcony. Kitchen was modern. The kitchen lacked some basic things like a chopping board. There was a dishwasher but no dishwasher tablets. Just a few things that if a bit more care and thought was provided would make it perfect. Also the shower head was broken.
• Lucile (9/5): Superb - Things didn't start off smoothly when I arrived: I was able to retrieve the key very easily but the door wouldn't open. Once I got in touch with the host, however, he came as soon as possible and changed the door lock on the spot so that the issue was fixed very rapidly. The rest of my stay went smoothly, the apartment is spacious and comfortable, and the location near a metro station is very convenient. The host was also very accommodating when friends of mine unexpectedly needed a place to stay and spent one night at the apartment. Thank you for this! There could be a few more items in the kitchen, for example a cutting board would be very useful.

Near an old and famous ice-cream salon Tichy and thermal baths Amalienbad. And a great restaurant nearby- Balkan Express. Thank you a lot!, We enjoyed so much our stay here!! -

• Roland (3/5): Poor arrangement and services, recommended only for risk takers. - Location is good. I arrived 30 minutes after the check-in time had started. I could easily enter the apartment as the door was open, but the apartment was totally uncleaned including messy and dirty (even bloody) bed linen. I had to contact the owner (who wasn't very friendly) to call for the housekeeper to come and clean the apartment. An hour later I could finally take over the apartment, however one of the towels provided was completely wet. (I only hope it was coming from the laundry and wasn't one of the used towels.)

• Filip (4/5): Disappointment - Cleanliness was poor - sofa full of stains (awful), one side of a bed linen was wrinkled so it was unclear whether it has only been non-ironed or unchanged. There was a laundry in the washing machine after a washing cycle throughout my whole stay. The apartment has been shown unkept. A lot of things didn’t work properly (just for example right hand of balcony door was unable to fully open as well as the bathroom door didn’t fit in the frame when closed, towel hooks were broken so I found my towel at least 3x on the floor, outdoor roller blinds couldn’t be lowered) Also the equipment was inappropriate or insufficient - e. g. only light bulbs instead of lights in the hallway, doormat in front of a shower instead of towel, no shower gel holder). In general I was disappointed and I felt uncomfortable. Streets around are not typical Vienna. There has been a lot of waste around however the location still has the advantage of fast connections (main station, city center, U1, trams, buses) and many shops.
• Šťavíková (6/5): Towels - We got only two completely wet towels for 3 persons. The sheet for the third person was missing. The towels were not delivered even after the complaint. The apartment has some things broken. It would be advisable to check it.
• Balearicbayes (8/5): Couple of days in Vienna - It had everything I needed for a couple of days in Vienna. Well equipped kitchen with coffee machine. Nice balcony with seating area. The sofa wasn't particularly comfortable. A few of the fixtures like bathroom sink and lights could do with being fixed.

• Silvia (7/5): Perfect for 2 guests or a long weekend. - Good location, the tram and metro are close by. The owner was quick to reply to our messages. The flat was really clean and in good conditions, and with night shades. There’s almost no partition between the two beds. It’s more suitable to two guests or two adults and a child. The plugs are at the end of the bed, super uncomfortable and there’s little space for luggages.

• Nur (9/5): Lovely! - Love that it is in a quiet neighbourhood and so close to the tram station. Vienna has among the most reliable public transports so you can pretty much rely on it to go everywhere. The place is clean, the owner is nice and the service is hassle free. They’re also nice enough to allow us drop our bags first before checking in! Love it! I wish there’s a dryer together with the washer, but that’s just a suggestion

• Ravi (8/5): Great stay - Newly renovated apartment so everything was brand new and we were first guests. Owner was very cooperative and responsive and resolved some minor issues straight away. Connectivity is great with 5 min walk. The bedroom is not a separate room. It's a studio with a wall partitioning the space.
