- Guest (8/5): Très propre, nous étions très bien situés - Parfait pour une nuit! Nous avions une cérémonie tôt le matin à l'université Beaucoup d'éclairage des lumières de rues pour ceux qui dorment dans le salon

- Victoria (10/5): A very comfortable stay in a very good property - Excellently maintained house with fullly stocked kitchen. Makes you feel at home. Very easy to reach the owner. Super clean and comfortable. The road behind the windows is loud. Something to keep in mind if you are a light sleeper.

Trés grosse odeur de détergent à l'arrivée, obligés d'aérer pendant quelques heures et le rez de chaussé sentait toujours très fort à notre départ. Deux salles de bains annoncés sur le descriptif mais au Quebec salle de bain égale WC donc il y a une seule salle de bain et deux WC.

Salle de bain du haut géniale. Si je dois vraiment trouver quelque chose. C'est la proximité des 2 chambres et l'insonorisation entre les 2.
- Claudine (8/5): Really great and cozy place - Vraiment chaleureux et beaucoup de rénovations ont été faites. Beaucoup aimé l’espace et les petites attentions laissées du propriétaire. Everything was really good except that we had to wash the bathtowel since there was a weird smell but other than that we really enjoyed it.

- Alireza (8/5): Clean and safe with a little improvement, it could be great. - It was clean, safe, and close to several shops. There weren't any dishes to present food or fruits, also the blankets weren't enough for 6 or even 4 people and you had to share blankets which is not pleasant. They could easily place a barbecue on the balcony, but there wasn't any, which is a big negative point, in my opinion.

This house was perfect for our needs, and we would stay here again long - The host clearly put forth effort to make our stay special. The toilet paper rolls were artistically folded with a beautiful medallion stamp on the ends, and the dining room table was elegantly arranged when we arrived. The host was flexible with us having a very late arrival. The beds were comfortable. Plentiful bedding was made available for the sofa beds. The use of the ample garage was especially wonderful in the rain! The landscaping out front could use a little TLC, as it was a tad bit overgrown, but this is a very minor nitpick that didn’t detract from our stay in the least.

- Joanie (9/5): Bright, clean, very comfortable - Bright - big windows, clean throughout, very comfortable beds, very convenient garage, great water pressure in the shower. Absolutely lovely place for our Sherbrooke stay! This is more a preference than a negative (and more a set up tip for the hosts than a factor in choosing this house): We were greeted by a fully dressed table as if about to host a multi-course dinner party for 6 - plates, bowls, glasses, cutlery...in our case, a couple checking in with an inquisitive toddler, this meant an added task of putting fragile items and knifes out of reach at check-in. A clear table would have been much better!
