• Andres (10/5): Excelente elección!! - Apartamento amplio y tiene todo lo necesario para tener una estancia muy tranquila. Tienes conexión de bus muy cerca y esta a pocos minutos del centro de zurich. El anfitrión siempre estuvo pendiente de todo y respondió rápido a mis mensajes
• Cem Bozkurt (9/5): - The location is good. Yo can use tram easily to go to the center. Trams run often and on schedule. This is just a suggestion. If there is another toilet in the bathroom it will be easier for big groups to manage the toilet queue :)

The location was perfect, with the tram nearby and the city centre easy to reach - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment! It’s in a great location — very close to the tram only 5 minutes walk and easy to reach the city centre. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for my holiday. The area felt safe and convenient with shops and restaurants nearby. The owner was very nice and helpful, which made check-in and the whole stay super easy. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city! None
• Vasileios (4/5): A disappointing experience in terms of customer service. - The flat was relatively clean overall, it is nicely located, in a quiet neighborhood, and the host was polite in correspondence. Let's see, where do I begin: - Asked for an early check-in the day before arrival as our flight arrived at 06:30am and check-in was at 3pm, room was available, was still asked to pay 100CHF (I repeat, despite the flat being unrented the day before). Note: also asked for late check-out as we were expected to leave at 10am and our flight was at 10pm, so charged another 100CHF for that, but not complaining for this one as I think it's reasonable. But the 110 EUR for an early check-in is a first for me. - Instead of arranging to have the keys delivered to us on site or have them available in the key box, I was asked to walk for 20 min from the property to the company's office to pick up the keys at 08:30am when they opened, and then walk back another 20 min to the property. - We were greeted by two lovely spiders in the bathroom, and an empty haribo container on the window ledge of one of the bedrooms. - Balcony furniture were nowhere to be found, which was misleading as photos showed table/chairs. This was important for me being a smoker. The owner did ask to bring in furniture after I made a comment by message to be fair. - I then asked for an extra set of towels, as we had a set (body/face) for each person, and it was a bit tight for a 4-night stay, to which I was told that providing extra towels would cost 15 CHF per body/face set! - After this, I asked the owner not to bring towels and not to bring in furniture while being out of the flat, and they still entered the flat to bring in the furniture without my approval to enter. No idea if that's their right, but I would imagine that if a tenant asks someone not to enter, they would respect that. - As the final note, I received an automated message asking us to only leave a review if it would be a 10/10, and to just send a personal message if we were not satisfied as this could affect their bookings! No wonder the property has a high mark!

• Angie michelle (10/5): Excelente apartamento, muy cómodo y amabilidad del anfitrión muy céntrico el apartamento nos encantó!!! - Nos encantó todo del apartamento, su comodidad, la tranquilidad lo céntrico que está de todo, 25 min caminando hacia la estación central, tiene comercio como supermercados, tiendas, sitios para comer a pocos metros y la amabilidad de su anfitrión Dimi fue una persona muy flexible, respetuosa y muy pero muy amable. Queremos regresar muy pronto. El apartamento cuenta con muchos electrodomésticos, tiene utensilios,platos, vasos, sartenes, ollas, cubiertos, sus camas son muy cómodas también cuenta con lavadora y secadora en la parte superior del bloque del edificio y aunque Dimi nos dejó la tarjeta para hacer uso de ello al final no hicimos uso pero está genial para quienes quieran lavar sus cosas personales.

The property is near the city center. you can take bus or tram 11 and take the Heswigsteig stop and walk 5 mins to the property. The checkin and checkout is quite easy to follow and very convenient. nothing

• Cecilia (10/5): Serenity amidst the bustling city - Host: Dimi is exceptional and responds 100% to any queries thru email or call. Check-in instructions clear and concise. Location: accessible to trams and even taxis / Uber. Apartment: it's a home away from home. Beautiful place and kitchen wares and utensils are all provided. Lift is a bit tricky, but manageable.
• Carmen (8/5): Good value bring soap - The property was clean it was a quiet area. It was spacious. We did not have any adequate soap or shampoo. The soap was paper thin and there was 6 of us. We arrived late at night we left to shower with dish soap. The towels were not the greatest quality other than that we did not cook. We slept very comfortably. Not having soap became the laughing stock in the group
• Alicia (8/5): Clean, affordable, good location - The location was great, just steps from the 11 tram stop. We bought groceries in the neighborhood and were able to enjoy coffee standing on the little balcony. Check in was easy and the apartment was clean and comfortable. We appreciated the extra power strips for charging phones.

Everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There was nothing we didn't like. Additional instructions regarding how to manage the recycling, garbage, green container would have been helpful.
