Lors de mon départ j’ai demandé si l’on pouvais conserver ma valise dans le local à bagages. La personne m’a dit il y a des frais.

• Berry (10/5): Amazing ocean view accomodation in central location with everything needed! - Location was impeccable - stunning view of the beautiful ocean and marina area. The studio was well cleaned, with all needed facilities. The bed was EXTREMELY comfortable and we slept like babies. Having a big TV was wonderful and made for a very relaxing experience. Shower head was a bit weak and kitchen would benefit from a rangehood. Other than that I can’t complain - absolutely wonderful.

Second pool up our end of complex was small but handy. Aircon, kitchenette, great size fridge freezer, modern bathroom and large living/bedroom, big comfy bed. A friendly cockatoo visitor. Non functioning washing machine. Other laundry out of order. We had to find a laundromat. Only given one key in lockbox. We rang the management on arrival to inform them, luckily, as they phoned us when we departed when the cleaning staff reported only one key. So many stairs! Apartment block was up a steep hill and many steps up to the apartments. Don't take heavy bags!

Thank you to staff who promptly supplied a substitute. The studio balcony doors are great for fresh air & breeze however. when neighbouring guests are smoking on their balcony it can waft in through the doors depending on direction of breeze - highly suggest no smoking on balconies considering close proximity of studio balconies.
• Add (8/5): Very nice apartment with a lot of positives. - Comfortable and spacious apartment which made our stay in Airlie beach very enjoyable. Well equipped balcony was perfect to enjoy the amazing views from the apartment. Apartment looking a little tired at the edges and it was a challenge to stop the bathroom flooding.
• Albertha (7/5): I said it all , - Loved the view It was very misleading to where the property was. I went into reception and got a very cold welcoming. The comment was” that accommodation had nothing to do with us” I said I have no idea and they finally told me it was further up the steep hill ( which you should mention in advertising) I had pneumonia and had to get a taxi for me to go further up the hill. I asked to ring taxi They rang taxi for me against their better judgement. I asked could I leave my small luggage inside cause it was a bit too early to have a beer at the anchor , a big NO . When not well it ruins your holiday before it started. People were looking at me dragging my luggage whilst I had a drink. Another day I went to go to anchor bar on way down to look at the menu , it was still closed. I asked reception if I could see menu, again I was told the restaurant has nothing to do with us snd did not show me the menu. ( please tell boss at anchor). The spa looked nothing like the picture in the advertisement. It’s a plain round one and who would want to walk up n down the steep hill to pool. So my idea is put a small tub on your balcony . So I have felt very let down along the way. I came from cold coast to warm up . I feel I need another holiday cause it stressed me a lot.

Room next door practically shared balcony with just screen divider and if persons next door were partying on balcony which occurred one night until after 3.00am until I personally went outside and yelled over the music to turn it down which they did not a restful night.

Could be much nicer with some easy maintenance and updating. - - The ocean view - large fridge - long steep hill to accom from town. - pools situation was v disappointing, one is in front of the Anchor bar and restaurant and is very small and the other one is tiny with just 3 sun loungers. - no safe in the room - dodgy lock on back patio door and rattling from doors - air conditioner very noisy - only one bath towel each for 8 nights - toaster was rusty and dirty and smelt like burning when in use so we stopped using it. - bathroom lack of toilet roll, dirty and open ceiling tiles.

• Jz (8/5): Very good - Spacious room, clean and good view. Great location close to everything Location is great however sits on a rather steep hill. Good workout though every time going out on foot. The on-site office doesn't manage this unit, was confusing when checking in and the reception lady seems gets this quite often therefore not so friendly attitude.

• Catherine (4/5): dissappointing as the unit was lovely, but thin walls and selfish neighbours ruined our stay - Stunning view, comfortable bed and kitchen facilities were excellent, huge fridge and great hot water in the shower. Paper thin walls and loud selfish neighbours whose whole conversation could be heard until the early hours. units are separated by a closed, unused door which does not block noise.
• Margaret (7/5): Great views from comfortable room - The best feature of this room is the great view from the large verandah overlooking the marina and sea. As the property is located high on the side of a steep hill the views are very good with lovely sea breezes. The room itself was clean, spacious and well equipped with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was also clean and spacious. The property is well located within walking distance to the main shopping area of Airlie Beach however there is a steep downhill walk to the town centre and a steep walk back to the property. There is onsite parking but sometimes you may need to park on the street if the available parking spaces have been taken. The most disappointing feature of this room is that noise from an adjacent room easily enters the room to the point that it feels like your neighbours are almost in the same room as you. Our neighbours were quite noisy but if the adjacent room is unoccupied then it would not have been an issue. Note that access to the room requires climbing up one flight of narrow stairs which could be awkward when carrying luggage, etc.
