• Kayla (1/5): Don’t stay here. Terrible experience - Nothing, it was that bad I didn’t stay in the apartment Terrible experience. Got a message saying we could come now, even though check in was 4pm. When owner met us, he said room wasn’t quite ready but could go up. Ppl were leaving the apartment and they had a dog. The room was so untidy. I refused to stay it did not feel right.
• Guest (4/5): Friendly host, clean sheets - Clean sheets, comfy bed, clean bathroom, friendly hosts Stains on doona covers, sticky floor so I mopped, dirty dishes in the drawers so I washed, dish washer full of clean dishes that I left, not leaving when we wanted as car was locked in another building so had to wait for host to let us out, community spa not working & community area sprayed with a strong unpleasant scent

I appreciated the clean bathroom and well maintained amenities which made our stay comfortable. I noticed that the rug and furnishings could benefit from a thorough steam cleaning as they seemed in need of a refresh. Overall it was a pleasant stay, but addressing this would improve the experience even more

• Stacey (5/5): ok - Host was punctual in handing over keys. Poor communication with parking. Was told 3 different car parks to use, all of which were taken by another car. Host told us to leave the key to our room and parking inside our room upon checking out, this caused issues in us trying to depart our car from car park as was unable to get out of cark parking without the swab key.

• Jacinta (7/5): Fantastic for the night but would have been happy to stay longer if possible. - The room had all the facilities that we needed. Great views and was very clean. Access to the room and customer service was fantastic. One bed was rock hard but the kids didn’t mind two much the extra bed tipped if you were not exactly in the centre. Was still fine to sleep on. Overall not a big negative.

• Trevor (5/5): The apartment it self was ok, but the beds made for a disappointing stay. - Great location, easy access to marvel stadium. I bed was so hard, the mattress was like a block of wood. Never seen a bed like it. Toilet leaked all night.

The contact for the property was also very helpful and friendly and assisted in all of my queries and requests. The wifi wasn’t connecting to our phones or to the TV. And this next one isn’t a big deal but the little lights around the lamp wouldn’t turn on as the batteries were dead.
