• Dragos (1/5): Very bad service! - I couldn’t find the address and the property didn’t answer on the phone. ! I couldn’t find the address and i asked people on the road witch they said that, the address is not good!
• Maksym (1/5): Never - Nothing 1. The photo does not correspond to reality. 2. When I entered the room, there was a girl lying on the bed (Is this a bonus?). Obviously she had the wrong door. But it is the tenant's responsibility to close the door. 3. Asked to clean the room again. They agreed, but did nothing. 4. Imagine my surprise when the tenant asked to leave a review. I wrote this review out of respect for the owner and at his request. Nothing
• Deimante (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was lovely, the room was bigger than I first thought it would be, bed really comfy, all the utilities you would need, and a fridge, there's shops just 5mins to 10mins away for groceries and a train station 5mins away so you could get to anywhere in vienna you pleased!

AVOID THIS NIGHTMARE! :( - I am really trying to find something that went well with the property but it was not well located or clean, the host was not trustworthy, it was extremely hot and it was unsafe :( Honestly I believe you should stay quiet if you have nothing good to say but after thinking all day about this I decided to make this review to protect any other traveler from what I went through. I booked this place to rest with my elderly mother, the place was filthy but that wasn’t the big issue. The nightmare started at 12am when the young couple in room 2 arrived to the apartment to smoke, yell at echa other, slam doors, play loud music, fight with each other. Around 4 am after not being able to sleep at all, I went outside the bedroom to try and ask the couple to please allow some silence. I found a half naked men with a terrifying stare, he looked like someone on hard drugs. I didn’t feel safe to even say anything as he looked at me in a scary way and walked towards me to slam another door. I feared for the girl with him, he didn’t stop yelling at her all night, you could hear the struggle, they chased each other all the way to the street, then came back to keep slamming doors and fighting, this went on till 6am. I messaged the host explaining what was going on. I explained to him we wanted to leave that morning because we didn’t feel safe and he deliberately lied to me saying the couple was checking out that morning, that it was safe for us to stay, that it would never happen again because they were leaving. He also asked me for videos and photos proving the place was dirty and that the guests were smoking. I sent photos and videos. He asked me to please trust that they would leave so we would stay and I explained I was not feeling safe and he promised over and over they were checking out. He also mention he had told the couple about our complaints which didn’t feel right. When we arrived back to the room at night , the couple were still there and this time they were even more wild. The men was super aggressive slamming doors and yelling, smoking in our doorstep, burping in our doorstep, swearing, laughing and slamming the bathroom door next to our room.
