- Anonymous (9/5): Would stay again. - The apartment was excellently located, the rooms very a good size and the kitchen was great. No lift, which is the only reason its not getting a 10.
- James (3/5): Not Mayfair quality - Close to Elizabeth line It's very much in need of updating on entrance to the property was very unclean dirty carpet and dirty walls. The bedrooms still have wood chip wallpaper, the shower is very unsafe for aged people to get in and out of. The oven we couldn't work, there was 2 knives 2 forks teaspoon.

- Barbi (1/5): This was the worst service we’ve ever experienced. - Location This was the worst service we’ve ever experienced. The listing advertised 2 bathrooms, which is why we booked for 7 people. Upon arrival, there was only 1. When we contacted the owner, they dismissed it as a “glitch” and took no responsibility. Our stay was completely ruined, as we spent all day waiting to use the bathroom and shower. We requested compensation, but only a small partial refund was offered. The owner showed no concern for the terrible experience. Additionally, there was mold in the shower, and the kitchen and bathroom need urgent renovations. This felt like a scam—we expected much better.
