- Richard (8/5): - Price, breakfast, location, very friendly staff. Housekeeping needs improvement. Bed wasn't made every day. Only got 1 regular coffee pod. Didn't clean the the crumbs off the desk top or vacuum ever during my stay. The bed boxspring was extremely noisy. Play up stayed there 6 years. This is the first time the bed was like that.
- Johnston (1/5): I left at 1145pm because of the noise. - No one had any idea of how to change the date and they just blamed each other.
- Joan (7/5): - Bed was saggy.

- Sarah (10/5): Great room and breakfast! - Very large and quiet room; comfortable bed; clean; helpful staff; breakfast was great- eggs, toast, hashbrowns, pancakes! There was a gym, though I didn’t use it. It’s downtown and close to everything, but large number of homeless population nearby.
- Tammy (8/5): No complaints at all -
- Anito (9/5): I will recommend to friends and family - Good breakfast and Good location from the volleyball tournament venue. Breakfast incharge she takes care of the dining very clean and nice set up. the fridge was not working. it was on but not cold. they have ice machine on the third floor where we stayed.
- Alaina (6/5): I’d stay there again. - Location and friendly staff Random people coming in and out of the property, who were clearly intoxicated.
- karen (7/5): - They didn’t have pancakes when we came down at 9:25

- Holly (7/5): - Breakfast was okay, standard. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean. Good location. I didn't like being charged an extra $10.00 for additional adults in the room, even though when I booked I indicated 3 adults. Hotel policy apparently says 2 adults and 2 kids per room with 2 queen beds. I felt that was not right and should have been made aware of it when booking.
The hotel rooms definitely need a face lift, they are getting run down.

- mckinney (10/5): -
- Evan (9/5): - Key cards deactivate constantly
- Blake (10/5): I normally dont comment on these ratings, but this hotel was very clean, staff was very friendly especially the lady who - Very clean facility.staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. Good price Everything was great
- Jessica (8/5): -
- Carol (8/5): Stay was pleasant and would stay here again, but would bring my own towels. - The room was bright and well lit. The food was warm and staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a pretty good variety of choices for breakfast.
The room rates are very reasonable and coffee was good. It is very conveniently close to the hospital. There was somebody in the room above us that was noisy.
The bathroom towels were not really up to my expectations; they are old, thin and had fabric softener in them. Not very conducive to drying the body. The toilet seat ring needs to be fixed. It kept slipping when sitting on it.
- Nicki (2/5): -
- Deborah (7/5): It was an acceptable facility for an acceptable price. - The room was a good size, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was great. I can't say anything negative.
- Tim (1/5): Rude and unreasonable - The hotel would only accept a credit card deposit. I have visa debit or cash and they were not acceptable. The front desk staff wouldn’t involve a manager or call anyone because he knew the hotel policy.
No help, no options, and rude to deal with.
So we went to a different hotel and had an amazing experience. Accept options besides credit cards, which not every one has
- Anne (4/5): Not worth the price I paid - Had a room on the ground floor that was in need of renovating. The bath was damaged. Light/bathroom fan switch was broken. Bad paint job on the ceiling.
- Alex (8/5): -
- Boskers (5/5): Ok until breakfast - People at breakfast who didn't belong there - they were shabby & stoned! See above
- Shaun (7/5): -
- Matt (7/5): - Room was nice

- Antonín (8/5): Very nice place in Red Deer - Very good central location. Excellent breakfast. A lot of parking. There was a gym (was tired to use it but it's still nice that it was there). Very pleasant and helpful staff. Phone in the room didn't work. The walls were very thin, I could hear the alarm clock from the next door.

- Susan (2/5): - Well situated to where I needed to be Did not tell me about the pet fee until I checked in. $30.00 is excessive. But what was really expensive when did not clean the rooms once during our stay. No Vacuum, no sweeping, no sheet changes, once during a 3 night stay, just replenished towels. Why charge a $90.00 fee if you’re not going to do the basic house keeping for a hotel.
Was too mad to discuss this at checkout this morning. $90.00 extra for pet cleaning when they didn’t clean anything at all, once!
- Kurt (9/5): Great value for the money. Excellent breakfast and comfortable room. - Easy to find. Clean and comfortable. Great staff and a full hot, delicious breakfast.
- Nicole (10/5): - Very clean nice size room
- Patrick (7/5): Ok - Good location Swiming pool, not enough light, heat in the bedroom wasn’t working properly
- Dominique (8/5): -
- Randy (8/5): -
- Satwant (6/5): -
- Brandy (5/5): - Easy to find The staff were not easy to deal with. They were rude and not welcoming
- Christopher (10/5): Recommend! - rooms are cozy, breakfast are yummy. n/a
- Lara (8/5): Park Hill Inn suited our needs for a quick sleepover. - We were only there to sleep- it was nice and quiet; didn’t hear hallway or traffic noise. I prefer the sink to be in the bathroom. Our TV didn’t work-said there was no signal. Would have been nice to have some background noise while we got ready.
- tremblay (6/5): -
- Karina (7/5): Good stay for good price - Price point No atm on site or little front desk store for getting snacks and necessities
- Ro (8/5): -
- David (8/5): -
- Shannon (4/5): Corners in bathroom gross, homeless around hotel - The coffee was good, the bed was soft & the morning desk staff was professionally nice, the breakfast ladies were very friendly The room was dirty in the corners of the bathroom, hairs and crusty stuff, the elevator was dirty, people on drugs in the parking lot and under our window, a homeless looking lady yelling in the parking lot a man came out of the hotel and as I parked my car after unloading luggage started urinating on 2 cars (didn't stop as my car lights were on him), when I asked night desk staff for a free upgrade (I was messaged by them to ask at check in) they only smiled not acknowledging my question or my comment about the yelling lady...1 of the room keys wasn't activated I had to return 2 times to activate it..
- Terry (8/5): - Shower was luke warm
- David (8/5): Thank you Park Hill for an enjoyable stay. - Breakfast is better than I expected. Eggs, sausages, hashbrowns, cereal, pancakes. Employees are very cordial and helpful. I will defiantly consider this hotel for future trips to Red Derr. The only thing I didn't like was having to ring a buzzer at the front door to get in after midnight. There are a lot of questionable people in the area so I suppose this is the reason for this inconvenience.
- Jeannine (9/5): Excellent price for what we received. - Our granddaughter from Fernie, BC was in a Volleyball tournament and we found we were very close to all the facilities we had to attend. N/A
- Elizabeth (6/5): Pleasant stay - Bed. Tv. Breakfast ok. But the sausages not good. Bacon would be better Hair dryer did not work. Plug in where coffee was did not work. Room needs to be updated
- Sherry (7/5): - It's a great location with the time hortons right there. And across the street from the park. The floor is in the lobby.Need to be redone and some of the finishes in the room are shabby..
- Janet (9/5): -
- Danny (7/5): Very over priced! - Some staff monitoring the breakfast was more interested in visiting in teir cooking area rather than making sure all areas were filled for customers. There was many athletes staying there.. who have schedules and were kinda waiting hoping for the breakfast.. coffee was really really strong that day.. the food and coffee were great the next. The price is what I didnt like!
- van Someren (8/5): Excellent deal - Easy to get to. Clean and comfortable. Very nice staff. Very good breakfast included. Decent price. A bit of a hassle using our credit card
- Gus (8/5): -
- Martina (10/5): -
- Austyn (4/5): - breakfast was good location was good staff was good bed was absolutely disgusting the sheets definitely were not washed before i got there. there was pee stains on the bed the sheets were wrinkled from the last people who slept in them they smelt like body odour they were absolutely disgusting and it was very disappointing as i only needed the room as a bed to sleep in for one night while attending a nursing event. i cannot believe hotels do not wash their sheets after each guest
- Rick (9/5): - Breakfast is very good. Breakfast area is very clean and well set up. The server is super friendly and efficient.
- Leah (9/5): A short stay but enjoyable. Great value for your money. - Great breakfast but needs more variety of coffee cream lol Some people dont have a credit card. You should be able to pay the security deposit with a debit or a visa debit card..
- Tara (8/5): - Location, rooms were clean , staff were kind
- Rena (9/5): -
- Rob (7/5): Clean, quiet, great price, superior location to the Hospital - Had surgery at Red Deer Hospital and the location was excellent. Price was a huge bonus. Couldn't have breakfast as I had to fast that day. I have a bad back....the bed was soft and although nice was in need of a firmer mattress but I was only there for 1 day
- Safaa (8/5): -
- Coralie (8/5): - I liked the proximity to the hospital. No ice bucket, beds were sorta hard but manageable.
- Martin-John (8/5): -

- Jason (9/5): -
- Adams (8/5): - I love thekingbed, large room, desk, closeness to downtown. Loved the early breakfast @6 am. There was someone banging ,&/or closing doors all night long.
- Mamie (8/5): - The breakfast was enjoyable and the choice was good. The lady looking after the breakfast was helpful and friendly
- Leah (10/5): - The complimentary breakfast was good. The staff were amazing and the room was exceptional for the money you pay. Great location for me as I was spending time in hospital with my husband and it was walking distance for me.
