- Carmella (10/5): - C’était très bien localisé dans la ville. Le lit était très confortable, l’appartement était très propre.
- Craig (1/5): - Booking was cancelled by host the day before I travelled!

- Deirdre (9/5): It was fine for our purposes. - Excellent location - right in the centre - walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. For the amount of money we paid, it’s a little run down. Vertical blinds had several missing; the main fridge-freezer was not working; the frosting on the bedroom dividers was peeling away from the glass and the sink tap in the bathroom dripped all the time.
- Zachary (8/5): It was about as good a location as you could ask for if you're going to TIFF! -
- Nevine (6/5): Good location ...but need lots of repair - The location is very good ...the instructions of checking in was easy The facility is not well equiped .. the scene is not nice , the fridge was not working and the dishwasher though we asked ..the dining table was loose and they fixed it and had the screw if the nail going through the table, there was no bath mat so it us very slippery abd anyone can fall in the bath tub so we bought one.... No toaster ..they days it is not mentioned ....
The sliding doors of the room are loose and the paper on them us torn ..
The unit needs a lot of work but overall ok
- John (5/5): A 5-star address with 3-star upkeep. - The location is fantastic—right in the heart of the city, yet surprisingly quiet. It was easy to get around on foot, and the view from the apartment was lovely. The bed was comfortable. While the location is excellent, the apartment needs serious maintenance. When I arrived, the front door was already unlocked, which was unsettling—I found myself checking every closet just in case. The building’s security guards were disengaged and more interested in their phones than who was coming and going. A secondary door lock would go a long way in helping guests feel safer, especially solo travelers.
The main dining/work table is falling apart and should be replaced. The slat shades are in poor condition, and the door to the sleeping area is broken, so privacy is limited. The toilet seat needs repair, and the bathtub is dangerously slick—I actually slipped and was lucky not to be injured. Some kind of non-slip surface or grab bar would be a big improvement.
The main refrigerator doesn’t work, and instead there’s a mini fridge like you'd find in a college dorm. Overall, most furnishings feel like they were bought at IKEA a decade ago and haven’t been maintained since.
This has the potential to be a great apartment, but it really needs around $1,000 in basic repairs and upgrades to bring it up to standard. As it stands, it's the definition of "adequate."
