Needs a few tweaks and it would be perfect - Location and facilities are lovely House is very good for families Down stairs bedroom with wooden shutters made the room unusable as the noise from the ducks and birds was very loud through the night and morning. The bed on casters needs to be changed out. The bunk beds had bolts missing and needs to have new brackets to ensure it is safe and secure.
