• Elion (3/5): It worths only about location. - Location The photos that i saw on booking are modified with ai. There were a lot of insects inside, it smelled and the walls were very dirty.
• Laura (1/5): Absolute hell hole. - Nothing. The place is filthy, there are hundreds of ants all over the property, the furniture is all broken, beds are broken. Staff do not get back to you at all in regards to issues. We had to book other accommodation as it is not safe for people to stay there. There is also a cannabis farm in the tent next to the front door. Even the floor boards dont want to be there. Black bin bags leaning against the front door on arrival.
• Godfrey (4/5): Disheartened - The location was good 👍 Cleanliness wasn't good. Small insects/ants were all over the house. Paint tins and rubbish were outside the front door - not a good welcome. The appearance was off-putting. Some cupboards and drawers were broken. It's a good, well spaced house, but cleanliness let it down. Some curtains couldn't be drawn, rails were broken, and curtains or blinds were missing in the kitchen/dining room, so there was no privacy. The wooden floors are not firm enough, could easily fall or get trapped in between, and that's a health hazard and should be addressed urgently. The main entrance door is unbecoming. It requires a few repairs or replacing as first impression is important. The dining table needs a bit of polish. We had high expectations given what we saw in the pictures, but we're disappointed and disheartened - a spacious, well located house not being thoroughly looked after!

The place was absolutely filthy ants crawling under all the beds and in all the cupboards. Mouldy cups and dishes. Bathrooms were mouldy. Couldn’t use the upstairs bathroom as it flooded the whole kitchen luckily we had someone in the house who knew what they were doing. • Lindsey (3/5): Living room was nice everywhere else was quite worn & it was cold. Ants in the bathroom, hardly slept because beds v - Very spacious Downstairs bathroom had mould and was crawling with ants. Beds very uncomfortable, cold bedrooms and cold heads as all bed are infront of very drafty windows
• MBK (1/5): Disgusted - They had soft toilet roll and the beds were comfy Pretty much everything. Check in time and was not available. Cleaner there, it stunk of paint & bleach. Delayed our check in by hours!!! Ants nests.. some hobs on cooker not working. Upstairs shower leaks into the kitchen which flooded it! Water took forever to heat up. Downstairs shower head doesn’t even have a place to be held. Ants everywhere!!!

El día 18 de diciembre de 2025, media hora antes del chek-in estaba reclamando el código de acceso por mensajería de booking y jamás contestaron, a la vez reclamé a booking de la situación. Con los nervios me percaté que había recibido un Whastapp (una hora antes del chek in) donde cancelaban la reserva por una fuga de agua en el alojamiento (era de un número de teléfono distinto al que aparecía en booking) Fue una hora de auténtica locura buscando nuevo alojamiento para 8 personas (3 menores de edad) y a la vez haciendo las reclamaciones pertinentes. Con todo esto hice las reclamaciones a booking y el alojamiento les comunico que nosotros no nos habíamos presentado., motivo por el cual no devolvían el importe pagado. Desde ese día tuve que cruzar muchos mails con booking justificando la situación vivida con pantallazos de conversaciones, nuevas reservas y explicando lo vivido para conseguir la devolución del dinero, 13 días después tenía el dinero de la visa cargado, fue una auténtica odisea. En casos así JAMÁS hagáis la anulación de la reserva vosotros, yo solicité a ese número de Whastap que realizaran ellos la anulación en booking y gracias a dios lo hicieron, gracias a ello booking pudo comprobarlo y también mis mensajes no respondidos, a partir de ahí tramitaron el reembolso. • Alfie (7/5): Great accommodation and good location - 4 bedrooms, 4 double beds. Really ideal for group. Location was fitting for what we needed, private location and secure. Was very warm and spacious Shower was very hot. The pillows had stains on them

When I got to property to check, the neighbour came out and told me that 2 days ago, there was people standing outside for hours waiting for the host to let them in but she didn’t .And I still haven’t received my refund. Nous avons reçu le jour même où nous devions récupérer les clés (quelques heures avant d'arriver) un mail du propriétaire pour nous dire qu'il y avait des fuites et qu'il annulé la réservation. Sauf qu'il a précisé a Booking que personne c'est présenté. Le propriétaire ne nous réponds plus, ni a Booking ce qui complique le remboursement. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi on peut encore réserver cet hôtel, vu que nous avons pas été les seules a payé pour rien. Quel honte!!

• Demi (3/5): Not pleasant. - The beds were comfy. The photos are very misleading & the property is very run down and not modern at all. It wasn’t clean, cobwebs & dust everywhere, there is lack of hand towels, the showers trickle water, no baking trays to cook basic chicken nuggets, in a very unclean oven, which resulted in me burning my hand. It’s in the middle of an estate with a loud bar downstairs until at least 1am. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
• Sarah (7/5): - Beds was comfy, very clean, host was very helpful, big rooms, loads of plug sockets and clear instructions. Sofas very hard, no mirrors in rooms, floors very creaky and outside like a construction site on walk way.
• Chloe (7/5): Cost efficient and comfortable stay - Property was very spacious and fit for purpose. The bad reviews caused a bit of anxiety however it is definitely you get what you pay for. Was a comfortable stay and if i was coming to London again with a larger group would definitely book again as it would comfortably fit 8 people in the bedrooms and maybe 2 more in the living room. Easy to get to and from, very good stay for the price Doesnt look like the pictures, is very basic and in need of a renovation.
• Keith (6/5): Plenty of Beds - True four bedroom as advertised. Great for a big group. Fully functional kitchen. Arrival, entry, and departure was smooth. Location in housing estate was untidy. Lively restaurant on ground floor is open and available until late. Renovations to the flat were basic.

• Terri (6/5): You get what you pay for - Price was reasonable for London There were no locks on bathroom door on top floor, the bottom toilet has a broken lock , noisy bar next door , someone tried to get into the flat at 1.30 am . Had to move rug from by front door as it was a slip hazard. Shower door doesn't close, blind in lounge doesn't go up, kettle leaks, 1 of the beds was broken.Radiators were very temperamental/didnt work.Several sockets around the flat didn't work . Needed to wipe down the bathrooms before use. No mirrors in the bedrooms .Photos are slightly misleading as the flat is very tired, flooring is poor quality and damaged. Kitchen is scruffy. BUT WE DID ONLY PAY £700 FOR 2 NIGHTS AND SEVERAL OTHER PROPERTIES WE ENQUIRED WITH TURNED US DOWN AS WE WERE 8 ADULTS.
