• Stuart (10/5): Excellent studio appartment. - Excellent studio appartment. Clean, spacious and well equiped. Appreciate supplies such as kitchen roll and salt/pepper. Location is superb. Perfect for my needs. Incredibly responsive and friendly host. Worthy of note is that the appartment is still light in the mornings even when the blinds are shut.

• Carlos Javier (2/5): Poorly equipped apartment with no support - Location I arrived at the apartment and immediately noticed a complete lack of basic supplies. For a six-night stay, there was only one roll of toilet paper, and one towel per person. There was no cleaning or replenishment service during the stay. Essential items like shower gel and shampoo were not provided. For two people staying six days, only one roll of toilet paper was supplied, which is unacceptable even for a budget hotel. The kitchen is practically unusable: no cutting board, no proper kitchen knives, no scissors, and even no baking paper for the oven. It feels like a “decorative” kitchen with no real utilities to actually cook. Afterwards, the owner apologized and offered to send CHF 50 via Airbnb to partially compensate for toilet paper, shampoo, and baking paper. While this gesture is noted just to avoid a bad review, was not accepted because it does not change the fact that the apartment was poorly equipped and the issue was ignored during our stay. The studio feels like an empty box with no minimum equipment for a comfortable stay. The phrase “things may not be perfect” is not an excuse for missing basic necessities. I do not recommend this place until they fix the minimum necessities.
• Bruggen (8/5): excellent place, smooth check in and out process, professional and kind host! - the location is super nice and very close to the station as well as the old center and the university campus. it was a super hot week, but there was a perfect rotating fan with a timer and windows that were easy to open in the night to let the place cool down. during the day, the shutters could be closed completely to keep the sun out. the setup of couch, table, bed and kitchen is very serene, the floor is absolutely stunning (wood cross hatch) with the sunlight on it. it is a really nice place to relax even though it’s so close to the business of the city! there was just one lever at the shower malfunctioning so it took a while to figure out how to take a shower rather than a bath

• klegenilson (10/5): Emplacement idéal entre le calme et la fête. - Je bien aimé. le studio est confortable, l'emplacement est idéal...des serviettes de bains a disposition. Cafetière, une vrai cuisine. J aimerais que le canapé soit convertible en lit 😜 juste pour chipoter un peu 🤣

• Dimitar (8/5): A bit of disappointment - In fact we assess Studio Art.7 but not Art.4 because 10 days before our arrival, reservation was changed due to some damage in Art.4 bathroom. We accepted the change - location was important and flat was more or less the same in the same building. It was a nice apartment - well furnished and spacious. Kitchen is well equipped although would be better to have salad bowl and cutting (bigger) knife, also a second wine glass (it was only one available). Double bed was quite comfortable and building has a good central location close to the old town of Zurich. The first and main problem for the comfort of staying was the NOISE from outside street traffic (and "Zeltweg" is a street not a Boulevard!). The noise level was up to 70 dB (measured), and we felt like the bed is on the street, we could hardly sleep during night. There was no way to close upper narrow window next to the bed - there is even no handle to tight it. Somebody had fixed 4 screws before for tighten it but they were missing, so practically window was open. I asked the owner Dimi and he/she demanded photos which I sent immediately by mail but he didn't do anything for the remaining 3 nights. Second problem - in bathroom there was no single hook or hanger to place bath towels. It is ridiculous to collect EUR 140 per night and not to fix a hanger for 3-4 EUR for towel hanger. Also in bathroom WC cover was moving - not fixed.
