Irena (2/5): Terrible cleanliness - The bed was comfortable, and the apartment was modern. There was lots of space in the living room and bedroom. Two grocery stores were a 5 minute walk from the apartment, and the metro station was also close. The staff was accommodating and allowed us an early check-in. The door of the apartment was really difficult to open. The apartment was clean at first glance, but we found a dirty sock that wasn't ours underneath the bed. One of us stepped on a pin that was stuck in the carpet by the bed, and a few hours later, the same person stepped on a human nail that also wasn't ours. I found a hair clip and a small shampoo bottle behind the washing machine. The window in the bathroom didn't have a curtain, so we had to cover it with a towel. The AC also wasn't working, and it was unbearably hot. It says that there is a TV, but when we turned it on, the volume was too loud, and the TV didn't react to the remote. There were no instructions on how to use it either. In the bathroom, we had trouble turning on the hot water, and the heater was running on gas. When we got the hot water to run, the whole bathroom smelled of gas. The shower was also leaking, and we had a puddle of water in the middle of the bathroom.
Lorena (4/5): I absolutely do not recommend this hotel to anyone. First of all, the apartment was filthy. The floor was so dirty that - I absolutely do not recommend this hotel to anyone. First of all, the apartment was filthy. The floor was so dirty that our socks turned black. Secondly, there was no hot water at all, which meant we had to take ice-cold showers. The door was very difficult to open. The neighborhood was not quiet at all, with many drug addicts and homeless people around. Most importantly, if you are women, do not go there. You will be approached and followed by disturbing and disgusting men.
Nupur (6/5): Pleasant - Apartment was clean and tidy. There weren't enough blankets according to the number of guests and also no extra garbage bags were there. When asked for the blankets no clear response was given and for the garbage bags they said that it might have been finished by previous guests. The room key also wasn't working properly.
