No free laundry or washing machine/the toliteries such shampoo, lotion and conditioner are bad quality Worst thing is the free taxi that comes with my booking is not available. It is like a false advertisement. I am requesting a reimbursement on my taxi fees.

It is a small studio, with a great location and well-equipped if you're looking for a comfortable place to rest during your stay in Sao Paulo (the smart TV worked perfectly and my partner was very happy about it!). The building has good security and we felt safe around the neighborhood. There are several shops nearby, so everything you need is walking distance. Victor, the host, was very kind and always provided quick responses and found ways to meet our needs." Quality of the pillows. The place could be a little small if both of you have regular/big luggage.
