Couldn’t complain and would definitely recommend to anyone else seeking accommodation down on the Gold Coast. 😊 Nothing! The construction next door wasn’t that bothersome at all so no complaints.

- Luke (6/5): Pleasant - Location was good, although having the roadworks all night making such noise was a bit of a let down. The noise of the roof when the wind picks up. The noise from day & night road works. No garbage bags. There was no hand soap in the bathroom. Only 1 small sofa for 4 people. Towels could be replaced with new ones or having a linen service for such things. No lighter for stove as it doesn't light as it should. No ice from ice or water from fridge dispenser.

- Alana (7/5): Nice townhouse close to beach. - Great property, lovely modern townhouse. Nice to have a lock up Garage. Small yard for Doggo to go outside, nice upstairs balcony. Spacious. Beachside of the Gold Coast Highway a big plus. One of the beds was just too soft. Bathroom grout needs a really good scrub. Camera at the front door felt a bit invasive.

Very clean and tidy. The fact that it is dog friendly is a major draw card. I will only book places where my dog can come too. Jess was really great, good communication. Easy check in and check out. - Kelly (10/5): Pet friendly gem in Miami! - Beautiful space and just a couple of minutes walk from the beach! The biggest draw card was being able to bring my pack of mini dachshunds with me! There was a perfect enclosed balcony and downstairs courtyard where they can be securely kept woth zero possible escape routes This is bookmarked for my go to gold coast stay - location is great - while its off the gold coast highway you dont hear the traffic and being pet friendly is such a rare gem! There is construction works going on next door and they start at 7am every day - so take some earplugs if youre a light sleeper!

There are surfboards, skateboards and a bike in the garage. Plenty of extra available towels for those who can stay long. I felt more than comfortable sleeping in the bed and felt that the linen was clean. The villa itself is beautiful, open spaces and bright light from outside shines through. We would stay here again and again, we loved it! Thank you Jess!
