• Rene (4/5): Lage toll, Wohnung sehr abgewohnt und schmuddelig - Super Lage Sehr abgewohnt, Minibad-sehr einfach, tlw rostig,Geschirr tlw. schmutzig, Vorhänge hingen herunter, Wand bröckelt ab, Fön fehlte oder konnte nicht gefunden werden….

• Muhammad (2/5): Refund needed - Good location Very disappointing stay. The apartment was in poor condition and clearly not well maintained. The TV didn’t work, and the fire alarm kept going off — it had even been placed inside a drawer instead of properly installed on the ceiling, which felt unsafe. The extractor fan above the cooker wasn’t working, so the room filled with steam whenever we tried to cook. There was also no kettle provided. The furniture was in bad condition ,the mattress had springs coming through the mattress, drawers were broken or wouldn’t open properly, and the lighting was very poor. Overall the place felt run-down and neglected. Would not recommend unless significant improvements are made.

• Matt (8/5): - The location is perfect for access to theatres The apartment could do with a little freshen up. The curtain was hanging off the rail, some of the cupboards had what looked like sellotape marks on them and ust all along the top of the cupbaords.. This apartment is not for anyone that is a light sleeper as the noise from outside is loud even with both the windows closed.

• Chloe (10/5): Very pleasant stay. - There was nothing missing or un thought about for travellers . There was everything in the room needed . It was clean , smelt nice and has a lift . Its in a fantastic spot .

• MANUEL (6/5): Excelente ubicación. Apartamento aceptable. - La ubicación. Simplemente está muy bien situado. En pleno Picadilly Circus, China Town a un paso y en pleno Soho. Muy fácil de encontrar el alojamiento y el checkin muy sencillo. La comunicación con el propietario es buena. La limpieza es correcta. Tiene calefacción, ropa de cama y toallas. El alojamiento no es cómodo y las instalaciones están descuidadas. El colchón de la cama de matrimonio es muy incómodo. El baño es muy pequeño, y el lavabo es extremadamente pequeño. Hay mobiliario roto y descuidado. El ascensor falla mucho, sobretodo para bajar.

Μείναμε τρία άτομα στο διαμέρισμα, εγώ ο σύζυγος μου κ το παιδί… για αυτό που το θέλαμε ήταν πολύ καλό… Χρήζει μιας μικρής ανακαίνισης αλλά σε γενικές γραμμές για την τιμή του ήταν πολύ καλό… Λόγω θέσης είχε λίγο θόρυβο..δε μας ενόχλησε ιδιαίτερα , αλλά για κάποιον που έχει θέμα με τον ύπνο δε θα το συνιστούσα…

• Mary (4/5): Disappointing - Location was the highlight of the stay. Oxford circus, picadilly circus and all the main attractions on doorstep. Size of flat was comfortable. The condition of the flat was very poor. It needs a good deepclean and paint.There was a very strong odour that met us when we entered and especially around the fridge area. We had to open the windows for a bit of time to air the room out. There is also mould in places around the flat.There is an active rodent problem.My husband saw a mouse go up under where the oven was. We could also hear movement within cupboards. Because of this, I did not use any of the facilities in the kitchen. Location is the only thing going for this property unfortunately.
• Camille (4/5): Emplacement idéal, en revanche manque de confort et de calme pour le prix. - Emplacement idéal, dans le centre. L'appartement est facile d'accès, les informations pour y accéder sont claires. L'appartement manque d'équipements. Il n'y a pas de cafetière, pas d'eau chaude dans la cuisine, pas de torchons. Certains endroits étaient assez sales et vétustes, comme les fenêtres qui, par ailleurs, ne s'ouvrent pas. Le canapé avait des tâches. D'autre part, le logement est mal isolé et le bar juste en dessous ferme à 3h du matin.

The windows don't work properly the curtains were hanging down the kitchen cupboards need fixing, the whole place needs to be cleaned and painted, the wooden floors are cheap and crumbling, there were marks of dirt and mould on the walls, there was hair on the bed sheets and the floor in the bathroom., the shower is mouldy. I can't believe I just paid £500 to stay here for 2 nights it's an absolute kip.and should be delisted immediately.

Der Rest nicht empfehlenswert Das Appartment glich mehr einer Arbeiterunterkunft für die Woche , 1 Bett 140x200 , durchgelegene matratze , nur eine Zudecke , eine Ausklappbare Coauch , hart , dreckig , nur eine Zudecke , das ganze für 4 erwachsene Personen , 4 Handtücher ( zum Duschen und waschen ) und 1 1/2 Rollen Toilettenpapier für 4 Übernachtungen , echt toll . Trotz schriftlicher Nachricht an den Vermieter wurde keine Abhilfe der Not erbracht. Zudem roch es unangenehm im Zimmer , Mobiliar alles Uralt und abgewohnt . Gardine streckenweise abgerissen

Alors la liste est longue Je ne mets JAMAIS de commentaires negatifs en general je m’abstiens mais la honnêtement c’est pas possible de faire croire quelque chose aux gens qui n’est pas ajusté J’ai averti la personne de tout ce qui n’allait pas et elle m’a dit qu’elle allait en parler au manager et je n’ai eu aucune reponse ! L’appartement est SALE, le sol est collant Les draps housse du canapé sont trop petit donc ne tiennent pas sur le lit 4 petites serviettes de bain pour 4 Un seul rouleau de papier toilette Pas de torchon pour essuyer la vaisselle qui est quasi inexistante L’appartement est plus pour 2 personnes que pour 4, il n’y a meme que deux chaises Les doubles fenetres sont défectueuses donc le froid passe ainsi que le bruit Les lits sont vieux et inconfortables (4 nuits c’est long) J’avais demandé avant l’arrivée de reparer le trou pour eviter que les rats passent (voir le commentaire juste avant notre arrivée…) ils me repondent que c’est fait… alors que RIEN n’est fait Cet appartement pourrait etre un bijou si il etait entretenu et avait le minimum normal des prestations
• Telita (8/5): Good for a last minute booking - Great location, spacious accommodation , most things needed provided, (could of done with a tea towel for oven) but felt safe and secure Being woken up at 5am, by someone being shown to their apartment very loudly. Aswell as rodent eating our m&m's, which enters via the gap under the dishwasher. The obviously know this is an issue. As a rodent catcher in the cupboard

Los utensilios de cocina podrían mejorar - Muy buena ubicación Llegamos super cansados y cuando quisimos ingresar al departamento, no estaban las llaves. Se habían confundido de departamento. Era en el segundo piso y nos mandaron al cuarto No pudimos usar el horno, no sabíamos cómo se prendía, Y escribimos para preguntar, nunca nos contestaron Éramos 3, había solo 2 sillas y 2 tenedores para comer
• Gianfranco (6/5): Good Host and Location, Room Could Be Improved - The location is fantastic, right in the center of London, very convenient for exploring the city. The host was kind and helpful, always ready to answer our questions. The room was very small for 4 people and, contrary to the description, there was no double bed but two bunk beds. Also, the windows couldn’t be opened to let in fresh air, so it was quite hot inside. There was a portable air conditioner, but it wasn’t enough to cool the room properly.

• Teresa (8/5): Wouldn't hesitate to recommend! - Amazing location, great little apartment.. slightly shabby around the edges but clean, reasonably comfortable and fantastic communication with the owner If I had to be picky, the flooring was chipped in places, some door cupboards need replacing and the carpets in the stairwells need a good clean, but none of these things affected our stay

• Wendal (1/5): Disappointing Stay - The location was great I booked for 3 nights and for most of the stay the lifts were not working. The property is located on the 4th floor and I struggled to get up and down and ended up very ill as I have mobility issues and had informed the property. I booked the property because of the location and lift and was very disappointed. The bed was very uncomfortable and the TV only played music, did not work properly.
• Ellis (3/5): Poor - The location The room was very dirty. We contacted the host because the window was broken (it stayed open) and we were cold and it was noisy, and I’m still waiting for him to reply my text.
• Suzanne (5/5): Fine if personal safety is not a priority - Quite spacious studio apartment, well-equipped for longer stays. Safe access. Had to step over sleeping man in entrance doorway. Lift/ elevator. Out of order. No prior notice. Allocated apartment on fourth floor Cleanliness. Communal areas were filthy. Apartment ok but needs a deep clean. Fire safety. Fire doors wedged open with towels, vacuum cleaners. Totally unacceptable
• Ruth-cheryl (5/5): Accommodation was in a great location, and provided what we needed it to. - Great location Overpowering air fresher, basic amenities, no teatowel for kitchen use, purposeless furniture- wobbly small bookcase, additional unnecessary seats for 2 people a fresh cost of paint and some thought around decor would make a big difference.
