Móveis e utensílios novos. Ficamos super confortáveis no apartamento. Área de lazer excelente. Tem restaurante no condomínio. Ideal para alguma necessidade de última hora. A localização da praia para banho não é próxima,ainda mais com crianças pequenas. Tivemos que caminhar muito com elas.
