Guest Reviews
- Elizabeth (8/5): - The hot tub was nice. The room was clean. The bed was a bit hard. It's a bit noisy (depending on neighbors) at times. The window shades don't block out the light at night.
- Tanja (7/5): The room was well taken care off, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Note, the unit shares and entryway wi - Great location in walking distance to ski hill and lakes. Clean room. Had everything we needed. Noise.
- Tiffany (8/5): - Easy to park and check in. Great location for Creekside The other unit was quite loud upon their arrival. Around 10:40pm at night, they knocked on their unit door as it seemed like not everyone had the door code. It woke us up a few times.
- Michael (8/5): The Skiwis - Comfortable room. Great location with an easy walk to the village. Bed was a bit solid for us, But everyone has their own preference when it comes to that.
- Rhianna (6/5): - No tea/coffee or milk provided
- Itzuri (1/5): We didn’t like this property and do not recommend. We stayed only one night and were supposed to get a refund for the ot - Nothing. We didn’t like this property and do not recommend. We stayed only one night and were supposed to get a refund for the other nights which we never did. Pure Scam! Too small. Amenities were not open.
The place was also not cleaned.
The building is in poor condition, and our room is not as advertised. It is much smaller than the photos suggest, and the carpet on the floor is worn and dirty. The window, even when fully closed, is letting in cold air, which indicates the seals are broken.
We also found a hat from a previous guest lying by the bed, which clearly shows that the room was not properly cleaned we also found fingerprints all over the microwave.
In addition, there were starfish bugs in the bathroom when I went for a shower ..
Extremely large ones at that..And the beds are extremely uncomfortable.
Because of all these issues, we are leaving and will not be staying another night in this accommodation.
We have photos of the bugs, the hat we found, and the dirty, worn carpet. Given the conditions and the discrepancies between the listing and the actual room, we expect a refund for the next two nights and got confirmed from the property manager that we were getting the refund. But it has passed a month and we never got it.
PURE SCAM!!!
- Amanda (9/5): Lovely place - The unit was well eqqipped and clean. The bed was cosy and there was a neat little table which was handy for eating in. The pool area was lovely and we made use of the laundry room too.
It's in an excellent location, easy walk to Creekside village for gondola, groceries and coffee shop etc. and only a short drive to Whistler Village for all it has to offer. Winter or summer, there is plenty to do here. There was also a choice of 2 eateries right next door and a fuel station on the corner. The unit is up 2 flights of stairs, luckily we were travelling light but if you're travelling with big heavy suitcases you might struggle.
- Helena (9/5): It was clean and comfortable. - It was close to everything we wanted to do I didn’t realize there was no elevator. Third floor was challenging for me to carry up the suitcase.
- Colley (10/5): Excellent - Clean, cozy, great location!
- Boulard (8/5): - Super location, next to nice trails. Nothing
- Inger-Lise (9/5): - Beautiful room and location; clean and comfortable. Gardens were nice. Enjoyed the dock and hot tub. Host spent too long talking with us about himself.
Nice guy though. He is compassionate for people and his country.
- Meet (6/5): Not worth for what was paid. - Location was very nice. Parking was very good. Check- in instructions were very clear. Smaller than expected. The drapes did not go down all the way. The fuse switch kept going off. When using hair dryer, air condition cannot be turned on. All the lights cannot be turn on if you’re using the ac and coffee maker at the same time.
- SallyBr (8/5): Close to Whistler Creek Village and some good restaurants - Great location. Only two minutes walk to whistler creek village and right next door to a bistro and Nita’s (we went here for dinner to Nita’s, was delish). The room is on the small side, it was advertised as two queen beds but definitely only one and a king single. We found the directions of how to find the building the first time confusing, might help to physically describe the colour, size, side of road etc. Once we found it was all good. Pillows were flat.
- Thomas (8/5): Very good -
- Archie (7/5): Good -

- Wayne (7/5): March 2025 - The room was clean. It's located beside Nita Lake Lodge, in Creekside. Pub & Resto right there. Sort walk to Creekside. Close to trails & Park. Dog friendly. Room had micro, bar fridge, dishes the like for at least 4 people. It's a lockoff room with shared entry. So it's noisy when the other 1/2 of the unit comes & goes. Smaller than your typical hotel room. Also no local TV stations.
- Ollie (7/5): Good -
- Amanda (9/5): Cozy and clean studio in a great location with everything we needed! - Clean and cozy studio with everything a small family could need for a short stay at a great price! Creekside gondola is only a few minutes walking distance. Indoor hot tub is perfect for relaxing apres ski. Erin was a wonderful host, ensuring we had everything we needed before we even had to ask. Keurig was a nice treat and coffee was pretty good, just be sure to bring your own sugar and cream. Plates, bowls, utensils, coffee mugs and plastic cups were clean and ready to use. Shampoo, conditioner and even body wash was in the bathroom along with plenty of fresh towels and cloths. Toaster, microwave and mini fridge were all useful for quick breakfasts and snacks during our short ski getaway. Walking up the three short flights of stairs wasn’t an issue for us, even with our luggage and ski boot bags. We will definitely stay here again!
- Dianne (4/5): Disappointing - Too noisy. Next door came in at 1:30am and were loud for 1/2 hr. Loud truck outside in early morning.
Ski storage room was jammed and disorganized. Couldn’t even walk into it.
Front door code lock didn’t always work.
Refrigerator was annoying. It wasn’t stable and moved forward upon opening. Drinking glasses on shelf so high, couldn’t reach them.
- Sharni (10/5): Perfect! - Perfect location, close to the gondola and the town. The place was so comfortable, we felt right at home. Erin was a great host. She gave such detailed instructions, ensuring nothing could go wrong. Thankyou!!
- Jordan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dan (4/5): Disappointed with setup and lack of information in description - No mention of no elevater and room was on 3rd floor Also no kitchen, counter, sink to wash in other then bathroom sink Toaster had to be on the floor to reach electrical socket and only 2 items could be plugged in at a time One being Microwave and then everything else on one socket
- Yuan (8/5): Very good -
- Elizabeth (9/5): A clean modern unit in great location with a very helpful host - Nice clean and modern accommodation. Cosy and bright. Good location for ski hire and access to the lift. Good places nearby for coffee, food and drinks.
Host was easy to contact when we had a question, responded straight away. If I was being very picky I would say wasn’t set up for 4 people when we arrived but it was more spacious set up for 3 and easy for us to pull out the section of bed (that was made up) for the 4th person. Was a great stay
- Jade (7/5): Good - We had a lovely stay at Erin's studio in Whistler. The studio was clean and cozy, and was perfect for our 2-night trip. Erin was a very responsive and attentive host, and gave great suggestions for local walks and restaurants.
- Kolam (9/5): Superb -
- Ahmad (10/5): Exceptional - We had an amazing stay at the suite we rented in Whistler. It was very clean, and we really enjoyed our time there. We’re sure we’ll be returning again, and we’ll definitely recommend it to our friends as well!
- Cassandra (3/5): Very dissapointed, property did not match description and facilities - Host was quick at responding to messages. Nowhere to wash dishes (bathroom sink is not a suitable place to wash dishes). Plates were wet when we went to use them which was unhygenic and shows they werent properly cleaned. Portable Aircon did cool the place down however was extremely loud. Definately couldn't sleep with it on and couldn't hear TV. Place was a lot more dated than it looked in pictures. Couldn't use washing machines as room was locked at 8pm and not opened till 10am and not advised of this prior. Then couldn't work out how to use the machines in the morning even once put coins in. Kitchen was unusable. Had to put toaster on ground as cord not long enough and power tripped when using microwave. Property description and facilities not accurate to what is provided.
