• Erica (10/5): Wonderful - Everything we needed, co-op directly opposite, clean, nice shower, lovely hosts Nothing to do with the property but just to mention we nearly missed our return flight because the local taxi did not turn up, if you are booking a taxi ask the host to arrange it for you! We wish we had taken them up on the offer!!

• Clarissa (10/5): Ein Wohlfühlort mitten in Florenz - Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral und komfortabel, es ist ruhig, es gibt direkt daneben einen Supermarkt und Abends ein cooles Barleben. Ausserdem ist der Gastgeber ausserordentlich gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit, was die Wohnung und den Aufenthalt zu einem besonderen Erlebnis gemacht hat. Der riesige Balkon rundet das Erlebnis ab. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten und können es nur empfehlen :-).

El espacio es hermoso, muy limpio y completamente equipado, cumpliendo con todas las necesidades y con todos los detalles pensados para sentirse como en casa. Se nota el cuidado y la dedicación en cada rincón. Además, Paola fue súper atento y siempre pendiente de que todo saliera bien, te cuida, te da tips excepcionales, siempre pendiente de que todo estuviera perfecto y de que uno se sintiera realmente bienvenido. Sin duda, una experiencia altamente recomendable. ¡Volvería sin pensarlo!

• Vladimir (10/5): A perfect property for a couple with a lovely host! - First of all Paolo was lovely and very helpful. Waiting for us at the property to show us around. Contacted after to make sure we arrived well at our next destination. Well located, minutes away from restaurants and bars, peaceful area, short walk from city centre, close to good bus stops and connections to train station and centre. Shop (Coop) in front of the building. Ideal for a couple. Place was very well organised, clean, no smell or stains, with all the essentials for a short trip. Furniture was impeccable, blinds at all windows, very nice balcony and terrace to enjoy the weather or a dinner. Easy to find with clear instructions, very helpful with information and responding on time. Would definitely recommend!

• MERJA (9/5): We can very well recommend - Paolo was very kind and helpful. Apartment was nice and it was easy and short way walk to all activities. The foodstore next to it was superp. As a welcome gift we also got a very tasty bottle of prosecco. Kitchen is very well equipped.

The apartment is perfectly located just outside the main street of the city center, making it both convenient and noise-free. It’s also super comfy, will all the amenities you may need, not to mention the great outside terrace space. One small point of improvement would be the sofa-bed, since its mattress is super thin and it could be pretty uncomfortable had we stayed for over 2 nights.

• Carmel (10/5): Superb accommodation and host - The property was excellent. Very large with a nice area to sit outside. Also had built in phone charging points in the bedroom a bonus for us as we left ours behind at the previous place. Paulo was an exceptional host. He gave up his time to take us on a walking tour to explain some history of Florence. Paulo explained the importance of his family’s history and was understandably very proud. This gave us a new meaning as we walked around ourselves. Then he took us to a roof top bar where we could have a drink and enjoy the view. Top quality experience. In a quieter area with a supermarket across the road all in walking dust that all Florence has to offer. Highly recommend.

Absolutely everything it is gorgeous little courtyard it is impeccable. You can walk to everything in Pisa. Fantastic supermarket across the road it is perfect.

• Nadja (10/5): - Perfektes Heim für unseren Urlaub. Es hat einfach alles was man braucht. Riesen Balkon, gute Betten und Aircon. Ein tolles Lebensmittel Geschäft ist auch gleich gegenüber. Ein kurzer Fussweg und man ist in der Altstadt. PERFEKT 🥰

Muy buena ubicación, dejas el coche aparcado en la misma calle y puedes desplazarte andando al centro de la ciudad. Nos ha encantado y Florencia, espectacular.

• Sanna (10/5): Best place in Firenze - The appartment is in an excellent location just 10 minutes walk to the old town centre. It is beautiful, clean and has an awesome balcony. Paolo is an awesome host and such a nice person and he made sure my visit was succesful. If I will come back to Firenze I will definately try to book the apartment again.
• Darren (10/5): A gem in Florence. - The property was excellent, was in walking distance from all that Florence has to offer, there’s a very well stocked coop shop across the street for fresh croissants every morning. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities, including a washing machine to keep my wife happy. Our hosts Paolo & Eva were wonderful and couldn’t have done more to make us feel very welcome, will be rebooking again for our next trip to Florence in 2026. No negatives at all.

• Anonymous (9/5): A really welcoming and comfortable base from which to explore Florence. - Warm welcome from Paolo, and really beautiful, clean and comfortable apartment in neighbourhood that is quiet at night, with everything one could wish for. Good air con - quiet and efficient. Washing machine/ outside sink on the terrace, and somewhere to hang items I’d washed was a real bonus. 20 minute walk into city centre, 5 minutes to N bank of the river. Loud fan noise in the mornings from the laundry downstairs meant breakfast on the terrace for a couple of hours after about 8.30 wasn’t so pleasant but this didn’t spoil my stay - I just closed windows when it was noisy.

• Gregory (10/5): Fantastic Florence Accomodation. - We have just spent 3 days at A Casa Di Eva e Paolo and absolutely loved it. The apartment is very large having a seperate bedroom to the main living area, well equipped kitchen, very clean, a huge balcony and very comfortable. It is well located with just a short 10 minute walk from Compo Marte RS or 25 mins from Santa Maria Novella RS. There is a large supermarket across the road and numerous restaurants in the immediate area. The hosts, Paulo and Eva were amazing and could not have been more accommodating. I would have no hesitation In recommending this property for your stay in Florence. Nothing
• Kim (10/5): Lovely and very clean apartment, nicely decorated.host Poalo lives above so is on hand if there are any questions/pr - Apartment was very clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Very close to Co op food store, bars and restaurants for eating out opportunities. Also close to bus stop for transport back to railway station. 15-20 minutes walk to centre of Florence and sightseeing attractions. Paolo was there to greet us and also allowed us to check out 1 hour later than check out time. Would highly recommend the apartment. Small terrace at rear of apartment that was very overlooked by other residential apartments but not really a downside to apartment just personal preference. There is another apartment there with bigger terrace at front of property overlooking the road outside. Maybe next time we will request that one.

• Camelia (8/5): Very good - Very nice appartment, spacious, modern, the kitchen is very well equipped. I checked in at 16:30 and the cleaning was still not ready. Communication with the owner could be better, in the sense that she should communicate or there should be some instructions on what to do with the garbage ( we stayed 6 days), how to check out, etc. The check-out time on the website was stated as 10:30 and upon departure we were told that it was 10:00!!!. In the end, they agreed to stay until 11.00. Location is 20-25 minutes walking from center( duomo). I believe once in 6 days cleaning is a must!

I know that its hard to believe that you can actually find an apartment being rated as 10,but to be 100% honest this apartment is for 10. Its fully equipped,its well located(food store just next to the building and bus stop less than 5 mins walking)and the hosts are really nice and helpful. Everything is great.
