• Jaroslav (1/5): - Good connections to Maida Vale tube station. Broken dining table, dirt everywhere, especially in the bathroom including dirty ceiling in the bathroom and clogged fan. Dilapidated sofa in the living room, destroyed blinds in the kitchen, mattresses in the bedrooms of zero quality. Shutters not working for ventilation. The owner promised to fix the table, but no one came to fix it. So we fixed it ourselves a bit so we wouldn't have to eat on the floor.
• Kirby (10/5): Loved it! - I don't understand why this only had a 6.5 rating when I booked it, it's lovely!! Staff were great, apartment was beautiful and spacious, the garden was a really beautiful bonus AND it's pet friendly!! For central London and the price it costs you really can't ask for anything more. Yes it looks a little old in some places but it's an old building!! WiFi worked great, TV was GIGANTIC. Its a 2 bedroom on a safe road, close to shops etc. Absolutely reccomend and intend to stay here again. Thanks guys! Pipe under sink needs looking at as it leaks when the washing machine is on
• Leticia (1/5): DIRTY AND VERY STRONG SMELL OF CIGARETTES - Location The house I stayed in was not similar to the photos advertised. The property itself had dirty walls, moldy ceilings, stained sofas, and very poor-quality items (bedsheets, towels, and even diluted hand soap). Regarding cleanliness: I arrived exactly at the scheduled check-in time (3pm), and the property was still filthy from the previous guest. The beds were dirty and unmade, dirty dishes left in the kitchen, bathrooms unclean with soaked mats, trash at the entrance, and a VERY STRONG and UNPLEASANT smell of cigarettes. There were also cigarette butts in stagnant dirty water by the door, which was extremely unpleasant, especially as I was staying with my children. The cleaner only arrived around 3:45pm, so I had to wait while the house was properly cleaned before being able to use it. Even then, the towels that were replaced were simply washed and left completely wet, hung inside a cabinet while dripping water onto the floor. This explains why all the bath linens had a bad smell. Additionally, the bathroom sink’s pop-up drain system did not work, leaving standing water in the sink whenever used. Overall, I found the hygiene and cleanliness standards extremely poor. That said, I do believe the apartment itself has good space and potential. With proper renovation, better management, higher-quality amenities, and—most importantly—a strict NO SMOKING INSIDE POLICY , this place could truly be wonderful.

• raffaela (2/5): Sconsiglio la struttura del 185b - Posizione Il bagno è umido e puzzolente. La lavatrice non asciuga e lava male. In generale la casa è sporca (divano, tende e tappeto e i muri sono sporchi). Il tavolo da pranzo è quasi rotto e tiene a malapena in piedi.

• Veronika (6/5): Despite these minor issues, we enjoyed our stay. However, it’s clear that the apartment is not in top condition. - Accessible location – just a short walk to the metro. Fast Wi-Fi. Fully equipped kitchen. Uncomfortable beds, poor-quality mattresses. The dining table legs were loose and it kept falling over. The dryer wasn’t working – it showed an error.

• Svitlana (6/5): The overall impression was spoiled due to the apartment not being cleaned. - This is a great apartment with two bedrooms and a living room. There is a dining area and a kitchen. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and a coffee maker. The water pressure and temperature in the tap were excellent. The location of the apartment is convenient — the metro is just a few minutes away, and there's a park with a great children's playground nearby. There are small shops and cafés close by, and a Tesco Express just a block away. The apartment was not cleaned before our arrival. It was very dirty. The apartment could definitely use some renovation, but that wouldn't have been such an issue if it weren't for the dirt. The dining table was completely broken — all four legs were pointing in different directions, and even the slightest touch made it feel like it might collapse, so unfortunately it was impossible to eat in the dining area. One of the rooms had a mattress with springs sticking out.

• Amanda (7/5): The location is great. The price is ok for the condition of the apartment. - Great location! Close to a Tube entrance for London. The owner was very attentive and did their best to make things right. The price was ok for the condition of the apartment. Unfortunately, laundry was left in the washer wet, and sheets were hung in a closed bedroom closet to dry, so everything was still wet and smelled of mildew. Ants were everywhere. The back garden needs to be taken care of. Things are overgrown and it isn’t comfortable to be in. My kids were scared of it. The rug in the living room is very dirty and needs to be replaced.
• Kimberley (2/5): Very poor - The tv and washing machine worked The photos had obviously been taken a long time ago the apartment wasnt in great condition, the bed linen didnt fit the bed and smelled damp the bed itself was shocking the matress was very old and uncomfortable, there was Wet laundry on a clothes horse shoved in a cupboard that stunk of damp and the shower tray kept over flowing after a few seconds. It was grim and certainly not worth the money paid to stay
• Anonymous (3/5): The apartment is well located but poorly maintained - Apartment was dirty, bathroom ceiling moldy, shower moldy bathroom floor dirty, broken blind hanging off kitchen window, couch badly stained, coffee table chipped and scratched, cobwebs on long central light fixture. Light in hallway flashing off and on. Fan in lounge very noisy. Extremely dissatisfied with the empty promises made to me regarding the correction of these issues.

• Luděk (8/5): Very good - The house is in a quiet neighborhood. Close to the metro and bus. Great connections to the center. I would prefer bigger beds and more equipment in the kitchen.
• Calle (4/5): Disappointing - The rooms smelled of tobacco, also the towels and the clothes bed. The cleaning it wasn´t the best. The mattresses and pilows bad quality. If you need more clothes bed, are in a closset all together either way and smelling of tobacco...

• Steven (1/5): Very unpleasant - Location On arrival we found the lock to the front door was hanging off so couldn’t close door properly, contacted the contact they said they would get someone out to fix it, this didn’t happen at all resulting in us not be able to close the door all night or day and after paying to stay there we couldn’t afford to go elsewhere, so it was a unsafe situation which isn’t great also the beds were very uncomfortable and the bathroom ceiling was covered in mold

• Teni (7/5): Good stay! - - Living room spacious - Open kitchen which I personally liked - Somewhat had everything you needed - Very comfortable couches - Getting into the front door was a pain, the key for the door is too hard, please find a way to make it easier - It wasn’t fully clean, mainly the floor, there were confetti on the floor probably from the last stay - The pipe underneath the sink in the bathroom would leak every time you opened the tap to wash your hands - The place can do with a bit of renovation, kitchen & Garden is very old - A tea towel/ cloth for the kitchen would have been nice, we never had anything to dry our hands with

• Daniel (6/5): Pleasant - - the owner let us leave our luggage at the apartment before check-in. - we stayed in the bottom apartment, which had two bedrooms. The location of the apartment is excellent. It is very close to Maida Vale tube station, mini supermarkets, and Paddington Recreation Ground (which has a great playground). - The portable cot was clean and easy to put together. - The bathroom was clean, with a good shower. - The apartment was well heated. - The sofa bed is narrow and only fits one person. Although the apartment is advertised as being able to sleep 6 people, the only way 6 people could fit in this apartment is if one of those people is a baby or toddler that sleeps in the portable cot. - The apartment needs to be properly cleaned. The window sills in the bedrooms are filthy and covered in thick black dust. The curtains in one bedroom were covered in mould. It also looked like there was some mould on the wall in that bedroom. - The apartment needs some more cutlery and kitchen equipment. For a family of 4, we only had two forks and two bowls, two plates, no oven mitts and one pot. The oven temperature gauge was also inaccurate.

The kitchen facilities were old, however perfectly functional and well stocked with items. For the price, this was an absolute gem. The garden was small and tranquil, the place was quiet, felt safe and was 2 mins from the tube station. Some art on the walls

• Laura (5/5): Good location but needs some attention. - Great location in Maida Vale. Close to tube. Beds were fairly comfortable. The flat is underneath the one in the photos. Good water pressure in shower. Affordable. Basic facilities. Friendly communication from owner. Overwhelming smell of smoking and damp upon entering. Poor kitchen, not like photos. Very basic cookware which was dirty and rusted. The owner offered to send someone round to sanitise the next day, but really needs replacing. Cigarette ends and rubbish in garden. Needed to wash cups before using, bit grim. Shower head broken.

Clean and tidy throughout, very comfortable stay, wouldn't hesitate in rebooking this property. Perfectly situated for Abbey Road Studios and easy to get into central London, the tube station is only a few minutes walk away. n/a
