- Luiz (9/5): Espaço, Wi-fi e organização me conquistaram - O espaço é excelente, muito bem cuidado, organizado e vimos total dedicação na arrumação. TV ótima, internet ótima (dá até para trabalhar), muito ventilado (pra gosta de abrir as janelas),muito bem dividido. Uma vizinha tranquila, pois é na divisa entre Bessa e cabedelo, pra quem quer tranquilidade ali é o lugar. A mobília vai além do básico, com área de lavanderia, filtro, jogo de cozinha além da geladeira, fogão e etc... Eu voltaria fácil Estacionamento é apertadíssimo, não dá para estacionar se tiver mais de 2 carros o engenheiro projetou muito mal essa área, no último dia tive q deixar na rua. Ressalvas que não impactaram para mim, mas ajude outras pessoas: Pra quem quer ligar com piscina tbm não indico, no meu caso não foi problema pq então estava buscando isso e a piscina q tinha atendia minha necessidade que era leva meu filho, pois ela é ideal para crianças. Pra quem procura um lugar perto de tudo para ir apé não é ideal, não foi problema para mim mas, tem quem busca essas coisas.
