- MAYUMI (8/5): -
- Eric (6/5): Convenience and newer exterior but needs more maintenance interior. - Convenience, a sizable house to host 2 families, newer construction Cleanliness and amenities need improvement. The construction looks new but we’re surprised the interior is already tear and worn. Walls have full of dents and scratches, shower stall and furnitures have stains and molds (I wasn’t able to enjoy the sofa). door entrance knob is difficult to lock and unlock (safety concerns)
- Soha (10/5): Beautiful house in beautiful neighborhood. - So nice and clean. Very beautiful neighborhood.
- Cyr (9/5): -
- Christina (8/5): - Größe Nur 1 Weinglas für 8 Personen
- Maria (10/5): - Big room for our group; 4 bathrooms
- Vincent (3/5): Far location - The door lock was hard to open
- Talal Bin (9/5): -
- Ravi (9/5): Nice and comfortable. Quiet location - Nice coat place. Not very far from restaurants. All rooms don’t have attached bathrooms
- K (8/5): - Spacious and clean house, and looks like relatively new construction. Quiet neighborhood, and relatively easy to get to. Parking out front. Well appointed kitchen and bathrooms, with plenty of sheets, towels, etc in the linen closet. I don't think it was listed in the amenities, but there is a full laundry closet (washer and dryer). Great for a family vacation. Maintenance could have been better: multiple scuff marks on the walls and baseboards, peeling baseboard in the kitchen, It was difficult to find at night because the porch light wasn't on to illuminate the house number. It was also difficult to find and then reach the garbage/recycling: out the backyard, hop down a short wall, wade through tall weeds in a dark corridor between the garage and the fence, out the back gate, then into the neighboring unit's yard where all the bins are located.
- Raihan (9/5): Superb -
- Abdulaziz (10/5): Exceptional - Was really cozy house it's recommended for 7 to 8 people amazing for group gathering
- Matt (7/5): Good - Great location and a nice apartment space. Beds were very, very firm. No extra blankets if needed.
- Inspire2006 (7/5): Perfect for group or families, basic amenities were there with top notch home appliances. - Location was good although street parking is quite limited since the entire neighborhood was filled with cars. Nevertheless it wasn't a problem finding parking. The neighborhood is really quiet and perfect for families staying, highly recommend for groups. Cleanliness could be improved but nothing too significant to complain, overall stay was decent. Shower products are a bit random as some rooms you see shower scrubs rather than shower gel...we wanted to help collect trash and recycle but couldn't find proper plastic bags and bins to throw away. Dishwasher had a smell of mildew and gunk under the dishwasher so we chose to handwash instead. Owner advised to take off shoes when inside but floor were dirty our feet got quite dirty walking a few steps. Only one blowdryer was given, would've been great to have one in every bathroom. Heater wasn't heating at all but duvet were thick enough and weather wasn't as rough so we managed it through.
- Dorothy (8/5): Very good - Very spacious, great for a family, big bathrooms. Quiet neighborhood with beautiful blooming cherry trees.. . Easy parking and entry. The dryer didn't work. There was no dishwasher detergent. Cleaning crew did not do a good job. I found a bag of spilled chips under the sofa and various little piles.
- Nikolina (9/5): very comfortable home - The host was responsive and amazing in accommodating us—we truly appreciate it! The house was very comfortable and well-equipped, and the bedsheets and washroom were decently clean. Overall, a great stay! The only area for improvement would be cleanliness, as we found a lot food leftovers and dirt on the floor.
- Sandra (7/5): Good - There was plenty of room in this apartment and the bathrooms were great. It was a great location and we could park out the front. It was the end of our holiday and people were departing at different times which made its location close to the airport wonderful. If the kitchen was a little better equipped it would have been perfect We booked for 8 people and it is a 4 bedroom duplex, however there were only 4 forks, 6 knives, 6 spoons, 2 coffee mugs and 6 glasses. There was also no hand towels in the bottom bathroom, no tea towels and there were no bins other than the green bin out the back. Unfortunately we had to put all the rubbish in this one bin which goes against the emailed instructions. Would have been handy to have one hair dryer.
- Pelenatita (7/5): Place was great but the place could use some restocking and better communication with the property manager is encouraged - The size of the property was great for 3 adults and 3 kids. Bathroom floor heaters. Bathroom- no hairdryer, hair conditioner, extra trash bags. The powder room toilet seat broke on our 1st day. We found another toilet seat broken the same exact way in the closet across the bathroom. Don’t think the showers have cold water but the bathtubs do.
Kitchen- not enough utensils, there was 1 champagne glass. Vacuum has no suction and there is no dustpan. It was hard to maintain cleanliness without those items. No coffee/ welcome packet. Highly recommended to bring bottled water. The fridge water didn’t taste right to me. Taking out trash is out in the back by the garage.
Living room- we think there’s no insulation for the living room sliding door causing the living room area to become cold at times.
Property manager- I’ve contacted the property manager a couple times but his English was not the best leading us to text back and forth. There’s a For Sale sign right outside the front gate. For sale by Sophia Lu. Our neighbors we spoke to said they’ve been in contact with a Sophia as their property manager. She wasn’t sure if it was Sophia Lu. I said our property manager I’ve been in touch with was a male who didn’t really speak English. Not sure if different people manage the duplex or if the property manager is even in Canada. In Hawai’i, it is law for a property manager to live within the state and actually “manage” the place and tend to guest needs. Not sure if it’s the same in Canada.
Parking- Street parking only NOT private. If there’s no street parking you have to park a little further away. There a parking garage in the back but we had no luck with access even after contacting the property manager.
Washer and dryer- washer works fine but the dryer takes a while to dry clothes. Must load little by little. Recommend to bring own detergent.
- Christopher (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lorena (7/5): Enjoyed the property and would definitely chose this location if back in town. Spacious and great location. - Loved the spacious house, ability to get in and out of the house. The heated floors in the upstairs bathrooms! It needed some thorough cleaning to be done, the kitchen needed a bit more of utensils in order to subside, especially for a big group.
- Anand (10/5): Exceptional -
- Cyr (9/5): Superb -
- Judy (7/5): Good - The house was clean.
The location was close to airport and to places we visited.
Very comfy for a group of 5 adults. The kitchen was very sparsely supplied There were not dish towels or oven mitts, and trash under sink from previous guests. The pots, silverware and knives were very worn. Unable to access the trash cans as the gate was locked.
- Lucy (10/5): Spacious 4 bedroom and 4 bath property for our group! We enjoyed our stay very much! - It was a nice and spacious property for our group where each couple/single had their own bedroom and private bathroom.
- Cindy (7/5): Good - The host is accommodating to let us do late check out. The house can use a deep cleaning.
- Marine (9/5): We have had a very comfortable 1-night stay at the property during our short visit to Vancouver. - The numbers of bedrooms and full bathrooms are adequate for our use and privacy. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The sitting room is spacious and comfortable for our 20-month old girl to play around. The kitchen and eating areas were clean and spacious; just the sink was not as clean as I would like.
- Kashyap (7/5): Good -
- Barb (9/5): Very enjoyable and relaxing. Lovely - Beautiful and quiet The host was very nice and I think we may have been the first guests, so she gets a pass. Be aware of the stairs… there are a lot of them. Previous air bnbr left half eaten food in refrigerator. And the house smelled of food when we arrived. No coffee☹️
- Ruth (9/5): Spacious, clean and bright - The duplex was spacious, clean, bright and well equipped. Our family stayed here for two nights and it was perfect.
- Ann (9/5): great - great location and easy access can be more cleaner
- Ziping (9/5): Superb -
- Marcia (6/5): Pleasant - Very clean. Nice kitchen. Nice layout of villa. Air conditioning did not work. This should have been detected before we arrived. No ceiling fans nor televisions in the bedroom. Beds are uncomfortable and very low to the floor. Mismatched bed linens. Next door neighbor was very upset with our Uber driver parking very briefly in front of his house and started yelling.
- Mingguang (9/5): Superb -
- Shih-shien (8/5): Very good -
- Brenda (7/5): Good - This place got our large group. It is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The beds need to accommodate the price. They are uncomfortable, crinkly plastic covers that are exposed easily from the sheets.
- Shih-shien (8/5): Very good -
- Buwan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Evelyn (8/5): Beautiful space, could be a little bit more comfortable and a little bit more amenities for guests - Beautiful home - nice and bright with tons of sunlight. Spacious and have enough rooms for a family of 8 (with children). Provided a high chair which was a nice touch. No conditioner provided. Beds could be more comfortable - especially the floor bed - can feel the metal and almost tip over if you’re on the edge.
- Cai (10/5): very good。 - very good No
- Amanda (5/5): Not very impressed - It was big enough for my group There were cigarette butts all over outside and condom wrappers, there were no extra towels, garbage bags, cutlery, blankets. The beds were hard not comfortable at all. There was pot smoke coming from the neighbors the whole time.
- Ilangovan (9/5): Superb - The property was neat and tidy. We didnt receive the checkin instructions before we arrived. We had to wait and call the property to get the instructions upon arrival which couldve been sent earlier.
- Sparkle (9/5): Superb - Good location and very clean. The kitchen was not set up well. Directions for garbage was confusing and there was no recycling bins or compost containers. The beds are very hard which was fine for half of us. Also some of the beds had plastic like matress protectors that were very noisy for sleeping.
- Ashmead (9/5): Great house and very wonderful hosts - Exactly as pictured very clean and lovely just like pics. Thoughtfully appointed! Loved it!! Liked most everything especially a full kitchen had adequate coffee machine and coffee. Needs more glasses, cups and plates for bigger families etc. attic was cold at times. Some steps to master bedroom and more steps to attic but it really wasn’t a problem for a young family.
- Huang (9/5): Superb -
- Joseph (8/5): Very good -
