- Laura (5/5): Passable - We had to wait a long time to get the keys from the person. We wanted to arrive earlier than the check in time and communicated it on the app and by message but we still had to wait a long time to check in. If you have mobility issues, this is not the right place for you to stay. The stairs up to the rooftop where the hot tub is are very, very steep and get very wet when it rains/ as people walk down the stairs with wet feet or shoes. Also, while the location was very convenient, there is a grocery store right beside the entrance to the building, the road was very loud and there was a restaurant that played loud music well into the night. The kitchen was also very sparsely stocked. Again, the location is very convenient and the building was secure, and the hosts were accommodating, as we adjusted the number of guests at the last minute, but some of the features in this apartment were not up to our expectations.
