L’host è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. La fermata del bus si trova proprio fuori dalla casa e c’è un supermercato di fronte aperto fino alle 23. Esperienza assolutamente positiva!
• Karin (1/5): Worse experience ever - Nothing We showed up at the property and tried to enter with the code provided by Andy but the code did not work. We had rented the place for 14 people for 5 nights. We tried to call and message Andy but he never bothered answering back or replying to any of our messages. He ended up cancelling our reservation saying that we did not showed up. However we have pictures and videos showing that we were there. We had to find a hotel at the last minute to accommodate all of us. We called Booking.com but they said that the owner has the final word to decide to refund us or not and Andy decided not to refund us back. It completely spoiled all our holidays. I have now taken legal action to recover the money we paid. I do not recommend to anyone this place.

• Guest (1/5): El peor anfitrión de mi vida - Aunque la casa pueda ser un alojamiento estupendo no pudimos comprobarlo porque el anfitrión canceló la reserva 3 minutos después de la hora acordada. Nos llamó para decirnos que no nos presentáramos cuando nuestro transfer se encontraba a tan solo 15 minutos de llegar a la vivienda y nos dejó tirados a en medio de Londres de noche, con una temperatura bajo cero a 16 personas de las cuales 8 eran niños. Canceló no solo el primer día de la llegada sino toda la reserva por lo que hemos perdido 2000 euros y se niega a reembolsarnos nada. Fue INFLEXIBLE, incluso ofreciéndole pagarle más dinero. No quiso abrir la puerta a pesar de continuar en la casa cuando llegamos. Mantuvo comunicación por nuestro teléfono que, para quien no lo sepa, es una vía no válida a la hora de reclamar a booking. En definitiva, perdimos no solo dinero sino que recibimos un daño moral al vernos tirados en un país extranjero de noche y con niños por la INFLEXIBILIDAD y FALTA DE HUMANIDAD de este anfitrión.

From the moment we arrived, the host was amazing — attentive, caring, thoughtful, and genuinely committed to making sure our family had everything we needed. His communication was always quick, polite, and extremely helpful. We felt very well looked after throughout the entire stay. The property itself is fantastic — spacious, clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location is also perfect: close to transport links, shops, restaurants, and even a Tesco right next door. The convenience really made our trip so much easier. Overall, we had a great time as a family, felt safe, happy, and cared for, and we are extremely thankful to the host for his kindness. The terrace was very pleasant in nice weather. The bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, toilet disinfectant, and there were plenty of towels. The owner Andy was very kind and helpful. Slippers and umbrellas were available. A Tesco store was right across the street. all was perfect.

The atmosphere of the property made it perfect for a large group — plenty of room to relax together, but also enough space for privacy when needed. The cleanliness was impeccable — everything was spotless and well-maintained. The host was incredibly involved, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, showing great flexibility with our check-in and check-out arrangements. The location could not be better — close to everything we wanted to see and do. The house itself is spacious and perfectly accommodated our group of 15 without ever feeling crowded. We had a great stay, also thanks to Andy, the helpful and friendly host. One suggestion: it might be better to use one of the rooms as a shared space to spend time together, rather than using all the rooms for sleeping.

• Thomas (10/5): Exceptional - Andy met us at the door. We were late because our Eurostar train from Paris fell behind schedule and we failed to anticipate the evening rush hour traffic in London. He explained everything we needed to know about the house. I particularly enjoyed the backyard in the evenings. The house itself is wonderful. Good Wifi connection. The location wasn't a great fit for us because we would sightsee in London for a few hours then need to take a rest. This involved taking taxis back and forth.

Very easy and quick transport to central London with bus stop outside and tube short ride or nice walk. Andy is good host, respectful, friendly and trustworthy.
