- Matthew (2/5): For $350 a night, we will not be returning. - The location was great. We were very dissatisfied about the lack of communication and understanding how to pick up the keys and work out where the parking is. Also multiple emails were sent requesting an earlier check in but no responses. Black hairs were found throughout our bedding, the bath towels were cheap and small, the room were dirty.
- Sujit (2/5): Dissappointed !! Will not use their services ever again. - location Staff are unhelpful, unprofessional and untrained. There is no one on site to help check in and it is next to impossible getting access to the building to get the keys when you 1st arrive. I lost close to 2 hrs trying to get into the building to get the keys, totally frustrating !! Kitchen and shower were unclean. There was no milk in the fridge and just 4 teabags. Simply not value for the money spent. We were 4 families in 4 separate apartments, each was was frustrated with the staff and service.
