- Jonathan (1/5): Terrible. Please do not stay at these properties! - The deposit was not returned to me in full due to banking fees that their bank charged (I provided proof of this to them) and the property only offered the one payment method, so I had no other option to pay the deposit. Also the sauna was unavailable for the period of my stay. When I brought these items up with the property they were completely unhelpful and didn't aknowledge their responsibility or accept any of the blame.
