• Emma (8/5): The View!!!!! - The View!!!! It is as good as the pictures if not better!!! We spent as much time on the balcony as possible taking in the uninterrupted view of the Acropolis and the Temple of Hephaestus. We were really impressed by the quality of the apartment as it far exceeded the overall keeping of the apartment block. The bedrooms were good size and the beds so comfortable! The only access to the balcony was from the main bedroom which was fine as we were traveling as a family but may not be so ideal for couples traveling together. The location was good, we walked to all the main sights of Athens directly from the apartment. You are also only 5 minute walk to Thiseio metro stop which connects you to much of the city and Piraeus for access to the island ferries. Check in is straight forward, a lock box for the key. You’re sent clear check in instructions and also meant our late arrival was no problem. When we had queries the owner was on hand and quick to reply. He also checked we’d arrived safely and had settled in, which was a nice touch. The bakery below is excellent, really friendly and welcoming. The mini market by the entrance to the apartment block is open all hours, so very handy when we arrived late in the evening. The apartment block is right on the edge of the tourist area, whilst we didn’t mind this as that step further back gave you the amazing view (at a great price) it won’t suit everyone. If you are trying to self cater there is no larger supermarket nearby so you are reliant on the mini market which has limited options but is open till late. The lift only has enough space for 2 people, it also has a common Athenian feature of no closing door! A little unnerving at first, we took the stairs most of the time (apartment is on 6th floor) As mentioned earlier, the entrance to the apartment block looks a little run down but our concerns were quickly dissolved when we entered our apartment as it was to a higher standard. Although it could sleep 6 this would leave little communal space as the sofa in the living room converts to an additional bed. I think it’s best suited for - maximum of 4 people
• Matteus Paluch (10/5): - The apartment is on the 6th floor with a stunning view of acropolis from the balcony. Eating breakfast there in the morning sun was amazing. It's close to every main attractions. Many good restaurants nearby, Sarri's Souvlaki and chinese Jing was our favorite. Plenty of space in the apartment, well equipped kitchen, Google TV with possibility to log in and watch whatever you want, many garderobes and cupboards. We had even found some toys for kids. Very good communication with buses and subway. Neighborhood looks little dirty and dangerous. But it's really not a dangerous zone, it's kind of Chinatown.

• Maria T. (8/5): Had a lovely stay in this apartment during our visit to Athens. - View of the Acropolis was stunning. The apartment was spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. Appreciated access to a washing machine. Small grocery store beside entrance to the apartment. Short walking distance to everything. Even though we did not meet the property manager/owner, we appreciated the continuous communication throughout our stay. The floors in the bathroom have a tendency to get wet after a shower. Also, it would be nice to have a bigger garbage can in the bathroom for toilet paper esp. if staying for multiple days. (For those reading the review, it's important to note that most places in Greece - you cannot flush toilet paper due to size of the pipes.)

• Mateusz (10/5): Good place to stay in Athens, i can recommend for groups and families with kids. - Clean and comfortable apartment close to Monastiraki Square. We stay with 3 kids, no issues. Very good contact with host. Everything was perfect, I didn't find a large shop nearby, the nearest one is near Monastriki Square

Alles war sehr sauber, gepflegt und komfortabel. Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt: historisches Zentrum und die Metro sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar (ca. 500 m). Der Blick vom Balkon auf die Akropolis war einfach atemberaubend – ein echtes Highlight! Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

• Diane (9/5): Great apartment with an amazing view of the Acropolis. - The apartment was spacious, comfortable and had a brilliant view of the Acropolis from the living room, master bedroom and balcony. The location was great as it is very close to Monastiraki and Psiri which have fabulous restaurants and night life. The host gave clear instructions to collect the keys and access the apartment and was in constant communication. We would have loved to stay for longer.
• Kris (10/5): Wonderful stay! - Location is great. Short walk to main historic area. Very clean and well appointed. And that view off the balcony is absolutely stunning - no exaggeration there! There is also a very nice coffee shop and convenience store right at the entrance to the building. The staff at both of those establishments were extremely hospitable and gracious, as was the host. Even though the unit is on the 6th floor, the building is on a busy road and you can hear the noise. A very light sleeper might be bothered (we were not). Also, Athens is old and urban, as well as beautiful and wonderful. We expected this, and found the area safe and friendly. Those not anticipating the old and urban around them might take pause (but from our experience, unnecessarily so).

Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Insbesondere das Preis Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut. Die Straße war etwas laut, aber da man im 6. Obergeschoss ist, kann man es gut aushalten.
• YANG (9/5): You can see the view of the Acropolis from the window, and it's definitely worth rebooking. - The apartment is in an excellent location with convenient access to daily amenities. It’s about a 10-minute walk from the old town. The host is extremely nice, communication is smooth with prompt responses, and they even helped us book a car—very warm and responsible. There is quite a lot of noise from some motorcycles at night, especially in the early morning. The sound insulation of the house is already very good, but occasionally the noise can still be heard.

Overall great stay and very informative, , understanding and friendly host Only has 1 restroom which was a little hard on a family of 4. The neighborhood looks rough due to the graffiti, but that is nothing that can be helped in Athens. Graffiti is ALl over the city.
• Olga (8/5): Great Location with Acropolis View, But a Few Drawbacks We really enjoyed the location of this apartment—just a short w - The highlight was definitely the incredible view of the Acropolis—you can see it clearly from the window and even better from the balcony. It added a magical touch to the whole stay. The location is absolutely perfect. It’s just a short walk to the Monastiraki Flea Market, where you’ll find great food, unique shops, and vibrant street life. With plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Inside, the apartment was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The Wi-Fi was impressively fast—perfect for working remotely or streaming. The air conditioning worked great, and the host made check-in easy with clear instructions. First, there was no microwave in the apartment, which was inconvenient for reheating food or making a quick meal. Second, the building’s elevator was extremely small—only big enough for two people at a time. It made coming and going more difficult, especially after a long day of walking or with bags.

• Karolina (10/5): Beautiful apartment on 6th floor with amazing view of Acropolis. - It is a beautiful apartment conveniently located with walking distance to Acropolis and all major ruins (Kerameikos, ancient/roman agora) as well as busy shopping/restaurant districts. Very approachable host. We spent New Year in the apartment and it was amazing to see all fireworks through the living-room and one of the living-room window. Also, there is a balcony so we could step out and get an even better look.

Responds quickly, sends detailed information and tips for restaurants etc. before arrival, checks up during our stay and let us have a late check-out, which made our last day in Athens as good as the other days. THANKS. The view from the apartment, which is on the 6th floor, towards the Acropolis is memorable. The bakery is just around the corner, a shop with water, wine, snacks at the entrance to the apartment (on the ground floor), metro 8-10 min walk, sights also within walking distance. Great recommendations from us. Noise from the street - but remember we are in the middle of a big city. The windows in the apartment have soundproofing, if they are closed you don't hear the noise.

We had a great view of the Acropolis due to the location as well as being a 5/10min walk to the main hotspots like Psyri, Monastiraki & Plaka. We had all the amenities we needed, water in the fridge upon arrival, iron, hairdryer, soaps etc. Spot on from the host!
