• Heilyn (7/5): Lugar sencillo, buena ubicación, pero que necesita muchas mejoras en limpieza y mantenimiento - Luis es una persona muy amable, atendió nuestras solicitudes. El hospedaje está ubicado en un área muy tranquila, sin el ruido del centro. Para llegar a dormir (que es lo que uno hace normalmente cuando sale de paseo) el lugar está bien, tiene utensilios suficientes para cocinar lo básico y el wifi es bueno. El agua caliente funciona bastante bien. Se le comentó a Luis que el lugar estaba bastante sucio, él comentó que iba a revisar el tema, ojalá que así sea, ya que el lugar puede mejorar bastante con algo tan simple como una muy buena limpieza a profundidad. En las fotos se ve que el baño tiene una pared de bambú, sin embargo, no se nota que las aberturas entre cada bambú son realmente grandes, por lo cual no hay privacidad y se meten pequeños animales (como aves). El baño también tiene unas piedras en el piso, lo cual hace que el agua se estanque y se generen hongos y animales no deseables (uno no se para sobre las piedras, pero igual es desagradable ver lo que sale de ellas) Para subir al baño, les hace falta una grada, en su lugar tienen unos bloques de concreto que se mueven un poco y puede ser peligroso que alguien se caiga. La llave del lavamanos no funcionaba bien (se movía, por lo que había que sostenerlo duro para poder abrirla)
• Natalia (10/5): - La ubicación del lugar es excelente, puedes ir caminando al centro de Puerto Viejo y también desplazarte a otras hermosas playas del lugar sin ningun inconveniente, el lugar conserva una hermosa naturaleza lo que te ayuda a vivir mejor la experiencia! Las instalaciones son bastante cómodas y te permiten descansar a gusto! El personal es sumamente atento y amable lo que te hace sentir mas cómodo!
• Chloe (7/5): Overall, this apartment was very affordable and has all of the necessities. - Host was incredibly kind and accommodating! The Wifi was strong, and there was a beautiful outdoor hammock/lounge area. We were able to cook in for many of our meals and there are fans in every room. The bathroom privacy in our unit wasn't great (curtain as bathroom door and bamboo slats made up the shower wall), and because it was the rainy season, the roof leaked in a few places.
• Henry (1/5): The worst hotel of my life - Horrible. Everything is dirty. The roof is made of metal, without lining, it gets very hot, it is impossible to stay inside the room. The bathroom and the environment are smelly and very dirty, with exposed bamboo bathrooms. Rats and cockroaches everywhere. Construction and a lot of noise from morning until late afternoon every day, even on Sunday. A lot of trash spread throughout the hotel. Very far from shops and beaches. The worst hotel I have ever been to in my life. There was no cleaning in the 4 days I was there. The smell of cigarettes everywhere. Everything is old, adapted and everything is working very poorly. The table, taps, sinks, stove are all adapted and loose.The mattresses on the beds smelled and were very old with a hole in the middle from so much wear and tear. Unacceptable and the worst hotel experience of my life.
