- Вероника (9/5): - Ако искате да си почива те това не е апартамента за сън. Не оставям негативна оценка, но има проблеми. Най-лесно е да оставим единица за всичко. От мръсния канал на мивката до това, че в банята има някакъв античен пълен с мизерии моп в душ кабината. Завесите в спалнята са значително по-тесни и вътре винаги е светло. Проблемите са много. Основният проблем за нас беше, че отгоре на многобройни изисквания от страна на 'Пламен', той е купил и апартамента до този и си извършва свръх шумните ремонтни дейности между 14:00ч. и 16:00ч. в съботен ден. Това включва рязане и къртене на парапет на външна тераса. Майсторите не се извиниха и реагираха с насмешка. През това време 'Пламен' пак реши да ме спами по Вайбър за приблизително време на освобождаване. Ако само ще спите там от 22:00 до 7:00 е добре. За справка, апартаментчето до тозк тепърва го къртят. Праввте си сметка дали няма да е същото. Може и да не е, защото явно много, много бързат :D

- Plamena (9/5): - The location is central. Very nice and newly renovated apartment with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The communication with the staff was pleasant and on time. The staircase of the building is quite old and without elevator. Also there is a unpleasant smell in the bathroom.

- colm (9/5): Great location - Very good location, right on the main city centre. Easy of access The apartment was lovely and had all we needed for a five day stay. However, the seating area is in the kitchen. Was created with a sofa bed that is not at all comfortable to sit on and relax., after a day out exploring the city.
