• irina marina (5/5): Se putea mai bine - Apartament micut dar luminat si destul de primitor. O sa reamintesc si eu ceea ce deja s-a mai spus. Baia este foarte mica.Nu exista in afara unui sapun mic si a unui pliculet de gel de dus,absolut niciun alt produs de curatenie. Nici la bucatarie nu exista solutie de spalat vasele.Laveta de la chiuveta de la bucatarie nu a fost schimbata,arata groaznic,iti lasa impresia ca s -a spalat pe jos cu ea. Accesul in apartament este greoi. Ti se trimit numeroase video-uri...iti trebuie internet si mult timp sa le vizionezi.Nu am avut timpul necesar. Este un balconas mic din dormitor...in care nu ai permis accesul,usa fiind blocata. Acest lucru cica ar fi specificat intr un video (eu nu am gasit aces video) asadar,am intrebat daca se deschide usa sau nu...si mi-a raspuns foarte acid ca daca nu reusesc sa o deschid inseamna ca nu pot sa ies pe balcon. Dormitorul este lipsit absolut de spatiu. Patulsi dulapuri...dar aproape ca nu ai pe unde sa mergi. Cheia de la lift...nu a fost lasata in apartament asa cum era indicat in video. Daca aveti bagaje trebuie sa le urcati pe scari pana la etajul 3 Evident ca am ales aceasta cazare pentru pret care mi s-a parut avantajos. Nu este o locatie proasta daca stai putine zile si nu ai bagaje. Tineti cont ca trebuie sa va deplasati cu mijloace de transport (2 mijloace) ca sa ajungeti in centru.

• Redouan (7/5): Nice Studio, but Poor Management and Misleading Amenities - The studio itself is quite nice—cozy, fairly clean, and well located with good public transport connections. It’s a comfortable space overall. However, getting there was a bit of a hassle. Instead of going directly to the studio, we had to first visit a separate office to complete the check-in process and collect the keys, which was inconvenient and time-consuming. Unfortunately, there were also some major issues with the amenities. Both the air conditioner and elevator were not working during our stay, despite being listed as available on the Booking site. These were important features for us, especially in hot weather and with luggage. We tried multiple times to communicate these issues to the property management, but our messages were ignored and no effort was made to address or resolve the problems. While the studio has potential, the misleading information and lack of responsiveness really impacted our overall experience.
