• Cátia (6/5): Could have been better 🤷🏻‍♀️ - The room had a few drawbacks: - A faulty flush button; - A broken left blind, which made it impossible to sleep once the sun came up; - A malfunctioning TV power switch. In addition, there was no flexibility to adjust our breakfast time on one of the mornings when we had an early tour. As a result, we ended up paying for breakfast we couldn’t have on our first day. On a positive note, the kindness of the staff was the only thing that stood out.
• Alexandre (8/5): - O alojamento correspondia às imagens. A cama era super confortável e ofereciam produtos de higiene. O pequeno almoço, ainda que simples, era servido no quarto e o staff estava sempre pronto a ajudar em tudo. Além disso, todos os dias têm serviço de quarto, mantendo tudo limpo. No último dia deixamos as malas no alojamento, para não andarmos carregados e correu tudo bem! Apesar de ser um ótimo local, os quartos não isolam bem o barulho. Este foi um ponto negativo, uma vez que muitas vezes acordávamos durante a noite com barulho dos outros hóspedes a deslocarem-se à cozinha. Quando não era barulho dos hóspedes era do próprio staff, que muitas vezes as 07h da manhã já estavam a fazer barulho ou as 08h já estavam a aspirar o quarto. Quando estávamos de viagem queremos descansar o maior número de horas possível, já que temos dias muito cansativos e não conseguimos por esse motivo.

Très bien équipé, climatisation et personnel très bien et à l écoute ont donc déplié le canapé lit . Lieu très propre,agréable, bien situé et accès au Vatican aisé à rejoindre à pied. Quartier très agréable avec commerces alimentaires etc... Nous reviendrons,, Félicitations à l aménagement et à qualité des personnels très sympathiques et répondant avec gentillesse à nos questions. È stato un disagio, soprattutto con due bambini. Il responsabile della struttura, alla ns comunicazione ci ha risposto di non poter risolvere la situazione e che tanto l'acqua, anche se fredda, c'era.

L'odeur de la climatisation était abominable (odeur d'escrements). La communication avec le personnel pour l'arrivée n'a pas été suffisamment fluide pour éviter le désagrément de l'attente pour accéder à l'hébergement.

Śniadania podawane rano do pokoju bez potrzeby wychodzenia, pyszna kawa. Blisko przystanki autobusowe, natomiast pieszo spacerkiem 15 minut do Watykanu. Super lokalizacja. Codziennie na śniadanie tosty z dziwnym serem topionym i włoskimi wędlinami - nie moje klimaty, do tego rogal z ciasta typu francuskiego z nadzieniem.

• beren narye (8/5): Menos la ducha y el desayuno todo bien - Bien ubicado con la estación de autobuses a 2 minutos. Estaba limpio y cada día venían a limpiar y cambiar las toallas. El agua de la ducha iba entre fría y casi fría, para duchar a las peques insuficiente. El desayuno a su hora,, 2 días teníamos visitas temprano y no lo pudimos tomar ya que nos dijeron que a las 08:30, que antes no podía ser, el último día íbamos justos para coger el bus y a las 08:25 no había nadie en la cocina así que también nos fuimos sin el.

The breakfast was tiny but delicious and the room had all new furniture The keys for the door seem flimsy, and the location could be more easy to find at first (more instructions)

Stanza pulita ed accogliente l addetto al check in ha chiesto più volte i documenti e la tassa di soggiorno inoltre ci ha fatto aspettare 20 minuti dietro la porta nonostante avvisato ore prima e mentre eravamo ad aspettare non rispondeva al telefono. Inoltre gli addetti al check in non capiscono bene l italiano e dicono sempre si pur non capendo .

Stock eines Wohnhauses mit drei Zimmer (jeweils mit Bad), die getrennt vermietet werden. Zimmer recht zweckoptimal eingerichtet. Frühstück bescheiden (besser im Cafe Pappagallo ca. 150m entfernt)

• Karol (9/5): Made our vacation better ♥️ Rommel thank you very much. - I have to mention one of the staff Rommel. Every day, he cleaned our room and made brilliant delicous breakfast. Our room was perfect and most importantly, it was clean. This place is close to two bus stations and restaurants are not a problem. I recommend this place.

• Carmela (8/5): Notre séjour s'est très bien passé à Rome :) - Chambre propre, lit confortable. Situation géographique convenable. Il y a plusieurs bus qui passent dans la rue. Nous avons facilement pris les transports d'un endroit à l'autre. Nous pouvions entrer et sortir quand nous voulions. Le stationnement dans la rue n'est pas évident mais gratuit. La personne qui nous a accueilli était très gentille et réactive. Tout nous a bien été expliqué. La climatisation dans les chambres est un plus. Le parking privé pour 20€/la nuit. Le déjeuné: la cuisine n'est pas hyper propre. Les sets de table ne sont pas lavés régulièrement (tissus avec taches de chocolat et autre, taches sur les armoirs, ...). L'air conditionné juste au dessus des lits un peu désagréable quand on a chaud si on ne veut pas tomber malade... Il n'y a pas moyen de la diriger ailleurs. Mais ce sont des détails. Tout s'est très bien passé en général.

• Michal (9/5): - Perfect room if you're staying in the Rome for 2-4 days, big smart TV with netflix or youtube for evening relaxation. Air conditioner, comfortable bed, balcony and nice bathroom. We also didn't hear the noice from the street. Supermarket, Mcdonalds, Tabako shop or restaurant everywhere around the accommodation, which is also few steps away from the bus stop or couple of minutes from subway. There were no blankets, just the tine one, like only sheet. Yes in summer lot of people don't need the blanket, but central europeans like it even during the hot days.

• Gustaw (10/5): Wyjątkowy - Tak naprawdę wszystko. Było bardzo czysto, bardzo komfortowo, ładnie oraz przyjemnie. Wyjątkowa obsługa, która była gotowa do pomocy w każdej chwili. Obiekt wygląda lepiej niż na zdjęciach. Jeśli będzie okazja z chęcią i z pewnością tu wrócimy!

La posizione della struttura. Il responsabile xche mentre c’era scritto che i cani erano ammessi senza nessun costo aggiuntivo; mi ha fatto pagare parecchio la permanenza del cane. E visto che io gli ho fatto presente questo, mi ha fatto passare per stupida, modificando su Booking la dicitura.

It is about a 20 minute walk from the Vatican but accessible to other tourist areas through public transport. The hosts were very welcoming and quick to respond to any query. The breakfast was good - toastie/ croissants/ coffee/ juice. Some fruit/ yoghurts would have been welcomed. The room was clean and well equipped - our only complaint was that it was quite dusty? We thought perhaps this was the air con? However - this aside, the stay is fantastic value for money and we really enjoyed our time here. - a little dusty - breakfast choice limited

The place is entirely modern and the staff keep it clean and the style is nice on the minimal modern comfortable side! It's great that rooms each have a balcony. Great service and the location is good for walking to The Vatican or take a bus right outside the hotel! We were let down by the breakfast. The breakfast offers few options and the same everyday which makes it disappointing being Rome and there are many cheap options for breakfast food they can get for their guests. Nonetheless the croissants they offer are tasty and so is the coffee. Also there's a kitchen if you'd like to have more options for breakfast.

A tökéletességért mindig tenni kell. - + the apartment is nicely renovated + the transportation is very good + the staff was friendly + the accommodation was clean + the supermarket was nearby + the price-performance ratio was good - there are differences in level inside the apartment, this is uncomfortable and dangerous - the hand shower cannot be used, it does not work properly - the 8.30 am breakfast time was late for us - the refrigerator door was very greasy on the outside and the inside was not the cleanest either - the kitchen dishcloth should be changed several times, it had a strong bad smell, we threw it out with the staff - they forgot to give me an accounting receipt, even though I asked for it. + az apartman szépen felújított + a közlekedés nagyon jó + a személyzet barátságos volt + a szállás tiszta volt + szupermarket a közelben volt + az ár érték arány jó volt - az apartmanon belül szint különbségek vannak ez kényelmetlen és balesetveszélyes - a kézi zuhanyzót nem lehet használni nem működik megfelelően - nekünk késön volt a 8.30 reggeli idő - a hűtőszekrény ajtaja kívül nagyon zsíros belül sem a legtisztább volt - a konyhai mosogató kendőt többször kellene cserélni erős rossz szaga volt kidobattuk a személyzettel - számviteli bizonylatot elfelejtettek adni, pedig kértem.

• András (9/5): Rugalmas és kedves személyzet, tiszta és tágas szobák, jó ár-érték arány. - Hamarabb érkeztünk, mint a megadott becsekkolási idő, de már kész volt a szobánk így elfoglalhattuk. A személyzet mindig kedves, udvarias és rugalmas volt. A szobák tiszták, sok kicsi és nagy törölközőt kaptunk. Tipikus olasz reggeli. A Croissant finom volt. A konyhában vannak evőeszközök, edények, poharak, bögrék, vízforraló, szendvicssütő, kapszulás kávéfőző, gáztűzhely, hűtő. Teafilter, kávékapszula és cukor mindig van kirakva a konyhában és a szobákban is. Pár perces séta távolságon belül több bolt, cukrászdák és pizzéria, étterem is van. A buszok sűrűn járnak a belváros felé. Sajnos minden nap ugyanaz volt a reggeli, lehetett volna változatosabb. Az egyik ágy hiába tűnt kényelmesnek, aludni nem volt jó rajta (a másikkal nem volt gond). A paplan huzat helyett lepedőbe volt beburkolva - ilyen megoldást még nem láttam, nem tudtuk nem szétrángatni reggelre. A zuhanyzónál nem működött a felső zuhanyrózsáról kézi zuhanyfejre váltás.

• Aguirre (1/5): 0 atencion al cliente - Al principio todo perfecto, arrancamos con que no habia nadie para recibirte ni para hacerte el check in. Entramos a la habitacion y muy linda y comoda pero cuando me meti a bañar paso algo que no me habia pasado en ningun lado, empezo a salir agua a borbotones de la ducha e inundo toda la habitacion. Llamo al numero que tenian en la puerta y no me atiende nadie, me mei a la aplicacion de booking y figuraba otro numero, llamo a ese numero y me dicen que ellos estaban muy lejos como para hacer algo que si podiamos dormir con la habitacion asi que al otro dia lo solucionaban, a lo que les respondo que literalmente no podia caminar en la habitacion y que intente secar con las 2 toallas que nos dejaron. A lo que yo les digo que no me parecia correcto y que queria el reembolso, a lo que me responden que si queria el reembolso que no podiamos dormir en la habitacion (11/12pm). La resolucion final fue decirme que en unas bolsas habian toallas limpias, tuve que llenar la habitacion de toallas para poder por lo menos pasar al baño, una vergüenza. Ni en un hostel me habia pasado esto, una pena
