• Michael (8/5): Atendeu as minhas expectativas (bom custo benefício) - O apartamento tem boa localização, é bem estruturado (há utensílios e diversos eletrodomésticos para uso) e o condômino possui uma área de convivência ótima (piscina , sauna e academia). O carpete e os sofás estão um pouco encardidos , o que dá um aspecto de sujo. Na área de banho há uma espécie de banheira que fica com a água vazando e não há uma boa vazão de água! Encontrei algumas baratas circulando pelo apartamento !

• Dr (5/5): Not to recommend - The view is great and the people in the reception, the ones that speak English are friendly. There is space enough and there is a good equipped kitchen, which I didn’t use during my two night stay. The WLAN was bad. It kept crashing, so I had to use data from my private WLAN provider. The carpet was shabby, very worn, with small and large stains everywhere. The same issues were present with the curtains on the balconies and in the shower. There was also dust on and around the wall lights, and not all of them worked. After taking a shower, there was a puddle of water in the bathroom, but I couldn't identify where it was coming from—possibly from beneath the bathtub or the tiles. It wasn’t possible to close the balcony doors. There were also stains on the walls and the sofa. And the bath mat looked also used and had strains.
