• Pedro (10/5): - Excelente localização, parada de ônibus ao lado do prédio com a linha que leva direto ao coliseu, e duas quadras do metrô. Além disso há mercados próximos e restaurantes ótimos. O apartamento estava impecavelmente organizado, tivemos apenas um pouco de dificuldade na entrada pois o bloco L é do outro lado do pátio, e nós subimos direto no primeiro lance de escadas da entrada.
• SHARMA (9/5): - We had a very pleasant stay at King’s House in the San Giovanni / Re di Roma area. The location was excellent — close to both bus stops and the metro, making it very easy to get into the city and return back after a long day of sightseeing. The neighbourhood also had plenty of good restaurants and cafés, which made it convenient and enjoyable to dine locally. The apartment itself was clean, nicely maintained, and comfortable for our family of four. We did experience a small issue with the toilet flush on our last day, which was promptly acknowledged by the owner. As it happened right at the end of our stay, it did not impact our overall experience, but something that may be worth checking for future guests. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this apartment as a well-connected and comfortable base for exploring Rome.

Dvě ložnice s velkými postelemi a v obývacím pokoji/kuchyni je rozkládací gauč, kde by se vyspal další pár 😊 K dispozici dvě sprchy i dvě wc, plně vybavena kuchyně včetně dostupného základního koření, oleje apod. Hostitel nám nabídl pozdější check out, který jsme využili, a díky kterému jsme mohli nechat na další výlety batohy v apartmánu. Za super cenu hodně muziky. Občas nás zlobil virtuální klíč k apartmánu, protože jsme na chodbě měli špatný signál. To naštěstí v případě problémů dokázal vyřešit vygenerovaný klíč, který zůstával po dobu pobytu stejný. Takže i to nakonec super.👍

• Leila (8/5): Very good overall, some improvements needed - Digital key worked ok on all devices. Quiet building and neighborhood. Well located. Near metro/bus stations. Near supermarkets and other few shops. Large and well equipped kitchen. Well equipped bathroom and bedrooms. Helpful assistance from hosts for an issue with the kitchen window (not sure if they fixed it but they helped promptly). They also provided us extra coffee capsules and a cleaning mop when asked! All interactions where remote (chatting/email) and professional. All assistance was provided after asking us on a time we would be out. We didn't manage to have the digital keys on time and ended up waiting outside of the building since it required extensive information input from our part and we had to wait for the host approval of this information to be able to access the building and I wasn't aware this would take so much time so I did it on arrival day, i.e. if you use such systems "check in" in advance (it's more DIY than on a hotel check in)! The digital key needs internet and WiFi isn't accessible from outside the building, only inside the building (4G/5G roaming was slow/bad coverage, making a simple task like opening a couple of doors more complicated, requiring a spare hand to hold a smartphone and a stable internet connection). The showers leaked water on the bathroom floor (this is why we asked for a mop not to damage and make every other room a mess). Also something that I read in another comment, the drains in the bathroom sometimes had a foul smell, which has to be related to building issues and was not pleasant even if subtle. Another thing to note, the size of the small bathroom is not ok for larger people (narrow shower, narrow sink, overall small room) so if you travel in a mixed sized group you will probably need to account for it. Finally the hot water while showering sometimes turned to cold abruptly and then back to hot. The toilet on the bigger bathroom almost flooded two times, so we had to use the plunger to fix it which was not wholesome. Hosts noted that if we had any more issue with it to ask them to send for professional assistance. Fortunately we didn't need it, but I highly recommend them to do check it out. Some of my co-travelers found the place less clean than what expected due to dust on surfaces, but I guess it's a personal preference issue since it looked very clean to me. However, the water kettle in the kitchen had a lot of minerals in it so we used many times vinegar solution to clean it up.

• Eugenio (10/5): Siamo stati benissimo e l'host è stato molto gentile e preciso. Alloggio super consigliato. - Gestore sempre reperibile e disponibile a rispondere alle domande ed alle richieste. Chiave apribile da remoto comoda e posizione strategica per la fermata della metro.

W pokojach ręczniki, klima, balkonik. Był nawet wózek na zakupy. Słaby odpływ w brodziku prysznica oraz jedna łazienka malutka ale to akurat nie przeszkadzało.

• Cezar (9/5): Excellent stay. Would definitely stay here again. - Location was excellent, sat between 2 metro lines, both within 5-10min walk. Easy to travel. Host was excellent, really good communication and very helpful. Couldn't be happier. Getting into the property was seamless done via Vikey. You are asked to complete a form with ID data for all guests and then you get a link where you use a website to unlock the door remotely. First time using this system whilst travelling, loved the system. Apartment was clean, tidy and well equipped with everything you need. We were a family of 5 adults and one child. TV was great, Wifi was strong and quick, 2 x bathrooms. We had plenty of space and amazing beds. Not a negative but please bear in mind the second bathroom is tiny. Didn't bother us but something to be mindful if in big groups.

• Barry (8/5): Great place to stay for a short break in Rome. - Lovely stay and close to transport links and shops. The apartment was clean and spacious with everything you could need. Nothing negative to write really. The second (smaller toilet) has a shower that does not work, but considering we weren't expecting there to be an additional shower, it was not an issue. The living room area does not have air conditioning, so can get very warm during the peak of summer, but considering we were out all day every day, this was not an issue. Both bedrooms have air conditioning.
• Jamie (8/5): Great Host. Great Location. Great Price. - Great location and perfect for a group for 4-6. Incredibly easy to catch one bus to any attraction nearby. The host Gaspare was very responsive and was nice enough to let us check in early and gave us suggestions on nearby restaurants which were all great. There is not a large amount of space but it was enough for our group of 6 young men and for the price it’s great.
• Istvan (10/5): I really recommend this apartment. - Quick and useful answers for my questions. Just simply ask him. This apartment close to city. Ideally for families or friends. Beach is only 1,5 euros for the trip. You can find everything in the kitchen. In the future I can stay here again and again. Nothing, everything was perfect.

• Iryna (3/5): Poor - The only advantage is the location close to metro station There was no soap, no covers for the beds. We asked for both covers and soap, got only covers on the last day of our stay. The owner suggested using the air conditioner but it was loud to sleep with it. The door to one of the toilets / shower was not closing, it was stuck, so we were never able to use this second lavatory. I have told the owner about the problem with the door, and he had a courage to ask booking to charge us 150EUR for this door that was broken before we arrived. Very dissappointing experience I would not recommend this place.
• Pavel (9/5): Superb - Nice apartment near metro stop A. Two bathrooms and two bedrooms are ideal for family trips or larger groups. There are restaurants and shops nearby, which is ideal in combination with a kitchen in the apartment. You can easily cook for example breakfast. Everything was well cleaned and ready for the visit, we didn't miss anything. The host was very nice, he kept asking if everything was okay and helped to solve everything.

• Anil (9/5): Perfect Relaxing stay - Location was close to the re di Roma metro station. The house is near perfect for a stay with family. The host was amazing supporting with every questions and requests. Will definitely stay again for the next visit too. Nothing to complain.
