- Kate (10/5): Comfortable. Convenient - Location / facilities Noise from train line

- Sonja (9/5): - Sauberes Apartment, alles vorhanden was man benötigt.
Sehr angenehm mit dem Balkon. Der Wasserhahn in der Küche war leider kaputt.
Im Schlafzimmer war das Rollo auch defekt
- Scott (6/5): Good location but some serious issues with heating plumbing tainted our stay - Modern No hot water for entire stay, called but unable to be resolved.
I feel a reduction in price partial refund as facilities with no hot water is not the best
Dripping kitchen sink tap
- Louise (10/5): Wonderful, have booked again - Simple modern apartment, everything that was promised Maybe a little noisy with the trains but with the windows shut it wasn’t a problem when trying to sleep
- Rob (10/5): Brilliant location ideal for our wedding venue 100 Barrington - Modern comfortable great views I could go on Just said that above clean comfy bed
- Monsur (9/5): Superb -
- Sarah (9/5): Perfect for a wedding at 100 Barrington!! About 100 steps away - Views from balcony were amazing
Very close to Brixton Village
Spacious apartment The bathroom could do with a good dose of limescale remover on shower screen
- Mark (9/5): Great apartment + perfect location for our annual trip to Brixton Disco festival - Great modern apartment really well located close to Brixton Village Nothing
- Christine (7/5): Clean and spacious apt with fabulous views. - The location, perfect for a wedding we attended round the corner. Not the owners fault but no Wi-Fi and therefore no TV, will be sorted. Would have been good to have had some instructions for heating as so warm and also coffee machines as switch to get power to these was not obvious.
- Carol (10/5): WORTH EVERY PENNY!! - I loved it here! The apartment is located in a lovely secluded area in Brixton right next to Brixton village, market row and pop Brixton which offers a variety of restaurants, bars and clubs to visit.
Having lived on cold harbour lane for a few years it was lovely to come back to an even better Brixton.
Schalk was very patient, prompt in replying and effective.
The flat itself is very comfortable, modernly furnished cozy and clean .Really enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony and just watching the city lights at night.
Very clean and one of the most comfortable mattress and pillow I have ever slept on!
I could go on all day about this place! I would have stayed longer had it been available.
I look forward to many more stays here! Nothing
- Christopher (10/5): Exceptional -
- Hannah (10/5): Exceptional -
- Neelam (5/5): Okay - The sink water was taking ages to drain which made it difficult when brushing your teeth
- Paula (8/5): Would stay again - Ideal location for Brixton o2, 10minute walk.
Easy walking distance to local market, shops, pubs and tasty restaurants.
Clean and had everything you needed there.
Brilliant city views with a little balcony.
- Andrew (10/5): I had an incredible stay! - I had an incredible stay at this one-bedroom flat! The highlight was definitely the private balcony with breathtaking views overlooking London—it was the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or unwind in the evening as the city lights came to life.
The flat itself was beautifully maintained, stylishly furnished, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The space felt cozy yet modern, with great natural light throughout. The bed was super comfortable, and the overall vibe was peaceful and relaxing.
Location-wise, it couldn’t have been better—well-connected, yet tucked away just enough to feel like a retreat above the city.
Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking for a memorable London stay with a view that truly impresses!
- Claire (10/5): Perfect location to our concert. - The balcony was amazing Bedding could be less use looking.
- Ken (9/5): Superb -
- Talita (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jennifer (8/5): Very good -
- Philip (9/5): Superb -
- Seán (10/5): A brilliant apartment with an exceptional view - Location and access were amazing and easy
- Angus (9/5): Superb -
- Danesh (10/5): No Blinds, No Privacy, No Regrets - This stunning apartment was everything I needed—modern, spacious, and perfect for an unforgettable stay. The vibes were immaculate, the company was excellent, and let’s just say the space was well-utilized… in every way.
Only one issue—no blinds. So if the neighbours were watching, they definitely got their money’s worth! An absolutely wild and memorable stay—I’d come back in a heartbeat (maybe with some curtains next time!).
- Vaughan (10/5): Highly recommend amazing host and property, would happily move in tore - Everything The only thing I could say and it’s more of
A suggestion than a dislike and that would be for a blind on the window in the kitchen.
- Vaughan (10/5): One of the best I’ve stayed in London - Location, modern good quality furniture and appliances. Host very helpful and quick
Response.
Like me you will find it hard to fault this property. Overall experience to stay All of it
- Vaughan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sleep (8/5): Very good - Perfect location and good for us to unwind but close to the hive of Brixton markets village etc One window in kitchen would latch. Didn't bother us except on the windy night.
- Jennifer (10/5): Exceptional - It was very spacious & our family could come & visit us & we had lots of room. Amazing view from balcony New Years Eve.
- Nakuja (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nicola (10/5): Clean. Brilliant location. Value for money. - Collection point advised with key code. Brilliant communication from owner. Lovely apartment and excellently decorated and clean throughout. Checkout 9am but spoke with owner to extend and was great.
- Sproge (10/5): Exceptional -
- Andrew (8/5): Great location and good value! - great position close to Brixton village and the tube station , comfortable flat , well kitted out. a king size bed with better quality bedding would have made it perfect!!
- Ewelina (3/5): The apartment wasn't cleaned after the previous guests - The apartment is really pretty, located close to the tube station and I liked the view. It also had everything you'd need, the kitchen is very well equipped. The apartment sadly was not cleaned after the previous guests. We arrived around 10 pm and realized there are used towels, bedding etc, basically it was not cleaned (the first picture is the state of the bed when we checked in). We tried contacting the owner but he wasn't available until morning the next day and Booking also couldn't help so we had to spend the night there:( We did get the refund for the first night and the owner was very apologetic and the apartment was cleaned the next day, but still it kind of spoiled our trip. Sadly, the cleaning was not up to the standard too, the fresh bedding was stained and badly wrinkled, the carpet is stained as well and there were some dirty spots in the bathroom. I talked to the owner about it and he said he'd look into it and so I hope the cleaning services will be reviewed and/or changed and will match the high standards of the apartment.
- Lynn (9/5): Lovely Short Stay - Only a short walk to O2 Academy everything was great in the apartment and great views during day and night. There was even shampoo, etc. Only small niggle was window handle missing in kitchen so window didn't close. Normally not a problem but was -2 when we stayed which meant there was always a draft while sitting in the lounge.
- Rebecca (7/5): Good - The flat is easy to find, instructions were thorough. Close by lots of things, a great food market and the Brixton Taproom. There were a few niggles that are easily fixable. For example some bits in the kitchen need a really good clean and the kettle descaling - it was particularly bad. Instructions to pick up keys was a faff, it would be better to include the full written address of the shop as I was trying to go from photos when carrying all my baggage etc.
- Maxwell (8/5): Nice apartment, but dodgy area. - It is a very neat apartment. Very clean and bright. Very comfortable as well. Area is very dodgy. Had to pick up the keys from a convenience store nearby and it was surrounded by people smelling like weed. After sundown it's common to hear and see people fighting, shouting... Uber drivers didnt even want to come here because of how dodgy this area is.
- Tersharra (10/5): Exceptional -
- Neelam (10/5): Loved the apartment. Beautiful attention to detail property. Close to all local - Clean - high spec apartment- will visit again.
- Susan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ian (9/5): Spacious, airy, modern, comfortable - Perfect location, a couple of minutes' walk to Brixton. Lots of bars, cafes and restaurants close by. The view back to the City was spectacular. Close to the railway line, but noise didn't bother us. The best thing about the apartment was the airy modern feel and the roominess - plenty of space. Fully-equipped kitchen (except no mw), coffee grinder and press plunger, pod machine. Bed was comfortable, bedroom big enough for two suitcases, lots of hanging space in the wardrobe. No microwave oven, no airconditioning - but it wasn't hot when we stayed, and there was mostly a pleasant breeze blowing through the windows. Otherwise just about perfect.
- James (10/5): Exceptional -
- Darren (9/5): Will return. - Fresh. Clean. Good location. Lots of shops / bars / restaurants / transport links.
- Shanice (1/5): Bad -
- Nuala (10/5): Sleeping on a cloud - Everything was very good, it was very clean bright and had everything we needed including all the extras in the cupboard, salt, spices everything,
But the most amazing thing was the bed and pillows it was like sleeping on a cloud ☁️ Nothing
- Ingrid (8/5): Lovely sixth floor apartment with great views to Central London and the City. - Lovely one bed, well-appointed apartment on the sixth floor of a modern apartment block. It has great views into Central London and the City and a balcony to enjoy them from! Neutrally decorated and uncluttered it was a great place to relax and socialise. There's not much that can be done about this, but the noise from the trains below can be quite something! And information about parking would be good in advance of arrival.
- Roisin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mark (10/5): If you see this place available don’t hesitate to book it’s an amazing new build block in perfect location. That apartme - Everything this apartment is amazing ! Nothing to dislike !
- Michael (9/5): My stay was comfortable. The host was really helpful in regards to how to check in and very informative. I will happily - The property was spacious and has a lot of natural lighting which I absolutely admire. Clean furnitures too N/A
- Danika (10/5): Exceptional - Exactly like the photo Everything was great and so was the host not Free parking outside building guys
- Elisha (10/5): I loved everything about it - I loved everything about it. The balcony was perfect. The place was clean and the room is lovely. I love the bathroom aswell. Would recommend It needs a main bin in the kitchen/living room
- Orlando (10/5): Exceptional -
- Callum (7/5): Was good, comfortable and in a good location for what we needed - Good location to Brixton academy The trains don’t stop. Have lived beside trains before and assumed English trains would also stop around midnight, deffo not much you can do about it but my word it’s interrupting
- Orlando (10/5): Excellent, superb, brilliant - My favourite apartment to stay in
- James (9/5): Weekend trip - Great location and lovely flat
- Mark (8/5): Very good - Fabulous views across London. The firemen doing their practice drill was a bonus. Everyone was so friendly and their were great markets just around the corner. Plenty of local bars and restaurants Trains (which were just below the apartment) were a tad noisy at times. It was too warm in the rooms, but that was probably user error with the temperature control system. Could do with a microwave
- Aiden (10/5): Great place, highly recommend - Lovely new building and very well finished flat with all you need plus a great view across London! Nothing it was great!
- Oluseun (9/5): Superb -
- Angel (10/5): Brilliant stay, no problems, easy communication when needed. - Good layout/decor, minimalist. Everything you’d need there, felt homely as well. No complaints, keen to stay again and will definitely return.
- Johnny (10/5): Great, would definitely stay again - A very easy situation when picking up the keys. The room itself is beautiful. All facilities you could need. A really great experience Nothing really spoilt the stay. If I'm pressed, the passing trains can be loud, but to be expected with the location. To be honest though I felt it added to the experience anyway
- Kate (9/5): Superb -
- David (9/5): Superb - The apartment was lovely spacious and clean
- Aliesha (10/5): Exceptional -
- Benyathip (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alan (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location for what we wanted.
- Mark (10/5): Exceptional - comfortable clean apartment with all facilities and amazing views .
- Valentina (10/5): If you have a light sleeper it’s better to have ear plugs. Trains are not so noisy. - Nice apartment near Brixton station. Well equipped by different kitchen items, an iron and etc. Only 15 minutes by tube and you are in the downtown. There are many tasty cafes around a flat. Easygoing conversation with a host. Some house things were broken but it didn’t disturb.
- Tahmina (9/5): Superb -

- Nicholas (10/5): Exceptional -
- Viviana (10/5): Exceptional - nice view, beautiful apartment with everything you need, close to the underground and different shops/bars/restaurants early check out but if you ask they give you some extra time
- Adam (8/5): Very good -
- Tahmina (9/5): Superb -
- Kabir (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jean (8/5): Lovely flat with all the mod cons in an interesting section of London, probably a bit too far from the center of town fo - Very comfy Location and noise from the trains and fire station. Surprised by the very early check out, appreciated the extra hour!! I’d also suggest some sort of instruction manual(s) on how to use the very fancy equipment— another rental during this trip had all of the manuals available which was very helpful.
- Terezie (10/5): Best place to stay in London - I don't know what I can say... The stay was absolutely perfect!
Everything we needed was within walking distance, excellent restaurants, shops and more.
The view from this apartment was incredible.
Next time we are in London, we will definitely want to stay here again.
- Cherida (10/5): We would book this apartment again - Everything was exactly as described as well as being clean and sooo comfortable. There was even a few little items such as oil, herbs etc which made cooking evening meals easier. The surrounding area was a bit scruffy and noisy at times but nothing to complain about.
- Orlando (10/5): Exceptional -
- John (9/5): Classy and clean apartment centrally located. - Clean, contemporary, amazing views across London. Very close to train tracks so it was noisy as it was a hot night and I needed the windows open.
- Niall (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent place, clean and convenient.
- Florian (8/5): Good but extremely noisily - Everything but the horrific noise Noise
- Anonymous (9/5): Perfect stay in a really comfy home! - Beautiful appartment and location Liked everything
- Aaron (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kern (9/5): Superb -
- Emily (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kevin (7/5): Great apartment right on top of a very noisy railway line. - Beautiful apartment. Spotlessley clean and very comfortable. Fully equiped with everything you might need. It was very warm in the flat, but there was no air conditioning. We couldn't open the windows/balcony door much because the railway line is just a few feet away and the metallic screeching was unbearable (especially for our small dog). There are no blinds on the windows in the kitchen/living area, so everyone in all the apartments opposite can see right in.
- Oliver (10/5): Exceptional -
- Volkwyn (10/5): Stunning - Apartment lives up to its name. Stunning. Good location to get to Central London. A bit warm inside but thankfully there was a fan.
- Sara (8/5): Very good -
- Rebecca (10/5): Exceptional - Host was fantastic communication was amazing, friendly, thoughtful, couldn't fault him...
Everything we needed and more was there..
The location on point....
The cleanliness, style and whole vibe was perfect..
I could recommend this place any more. Already told friends and will definitely book this place again for our annual London trip.... Nothing!
