• Kevin (1/5): Owner should not be allowed to be on Booking.com - Warning Do not stay at this property I booked this property for 5 days and never stayed there. The air conditioning was broken, the owner said someone would come take a look at it while I was at dinner. Came back still hot as hell in there. Owner claims a technician came out and unit is broken and not repairable. While waiting for the owner’s response, I went back and looked at the last few reviews of the property. Only to discover air conditioner has been broken before, and there were bed bugs so I went and started investigating for bedbugs and found bedbugs I informed the owner I was leaving and checking in to a hotel and now is fighting me and not wanting to give my money back. To show what a jerk this owner is when we first got to the unit there were two towels and two rolls of toilet paper for two people for five days. When I asked about more towels and rolls of toilet paper, I was informed that that cost extra.
• Stian (3/5): - We hadden bedwantsen hierdoor moesten wij een ander hotel boeken. De eigenaar zou het verblijf terug betalen van het andere hotel. Dit heeft hij voor een deel gedaan lang in discussie geweest waar het andere deel blijft en het antwoord was hele tijd komt nog wel. Ook zou volgens de wetgeving geld krijgen van de niet gebruikte nachten in deze accommodatie. Hier stonden ze helemaal niet open voor.
• Dejan Miloshevic (8/5): - Lokacija je izuzetna. Stan je u lepoj zgradi i prostran je. Krevet je udoban i lepo se spava. Jedan fenkoil u dnevnom boravku nije bio u funkciji. Ormari mirišu na stari nameštaj.

• Chantal (7/5): - Spacious, resto’s-public transport and supermarket closeby. Lot of noise from outside. Found a beetle in my bed.
• Katherine (7/5): - The property was very spacious and very well located distance of a short walk to all of central Milan. Big bed, good air conditioning and a large functional kitchen and bathroom. Location was amazing! Also good value for money. However there were BUGS in the bedroom. I don’t know what kind of bugs they were but they were full of blood when you killed them.
• Rita (2/5): Not a pleasant stay at all - Location AC didn’t work-and after complaining they came to fix which was not great. Water drain in shower did not flow and after complaining they fixed. But second day we noticed bed bugs crawling on the wall and was infested.

• Mary (7/5): Great location, very large rooms. Just need to fix air condition, shower drain, new pillows & hooks for towels. - Very large rooms, with a large & comfortable bed. Pillows are needing upgrade, also 4 pillows would be great. Bathroom needs hooks to hang towels. Air conditioning in kitchen did not work. Air conditioning in bedroom was not very effective. Shower drainage needs attention, base fills with water.

• Jael (6/5): Pleasant - Water pressure, black out shutters, location. Noise ….noise … noise.! If you are a light sleeper skip this place. The apartment is on the ground floor and you hear everything, traffic noise and the people above, who enters the building… you will hear even when the flush the toilet. The pillows are worthless, super thin so no head support and only 2.

• Aysar (10/5): Very nice - Big area apartment. All facilities are available. Near to the train station and near to all lines leading to city center. Quite building and safe.

• Rita (10/5): Lovely city apartment with all the basics you need for your stay. - The location was excellent for where ever you wanted to go in Milan. Very close to the Republica underground Metro station and walking distance (if you like walking) from the city centre and other attractions. Although the bed was very comfortable, it could have done with a couple more pillows. There was only one pillow each and we are used to having two pillows (but no big drama) the bed was so big you could get lost in it :).
