Foarte potrivit pentru o vacanta frumoasa! - Apartamentul este spatios, are 1 living-room cu o canapea extensibila, masa cu 7 scaune, o bucatarie (cu frigider, plita electrica, expressor de cafea si aparat de facut laptele cu spuma), 3 dormitoare (unul are baie proprie, iar celelalte 2 dormitoare au o baie pe hol); este amplasat intr-o zona linistita; a fost perfect pentru noi (6 adulti si 1 copil de 8 ani). In garaj exista si un loc de parcare, dar este pentru masini de dimensiuni mai mici. Este foarte aproape de centru, de port, de restaurante, terase, supermarket-uri, farmacie. Este foarte bine utilata bucataria, cu tot ce a fost nevoie pentru a-ti pregati micul dejun, pranzul sau cina, am gasit inclusiv sare, condimente, zahar, ulei si otet. Recomandam cu drag!

• EILEEN (8/5): Ok for a few days but the apartment needed some maintenance work. - The apartment was ideally situated for visiting Malaga on foot and a comfortable size for a family of 5 people with 3 good sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen and small living and dining area. It was well equipped for a self catering stay. Lydia allowed us to leave our cases in the apartment as the room normally wouldn’t be available until later in the day. The apartment was looking a bit rundown in areas when we arrived. The shower head bracket was broken in one bathroom and therefore the shower head kept falling off the wall whilst showering and a shelf was unstable in the lounge and a picture fell off the wall. It could have been worse and fallen on an adult or worse the baby! In the lounge there were areas of damp near the air conditioning unit and very bad damp in the master bedroom. This became evident when small pieces of plaster and paint from the ceiling fell onto the bed. Unfortunately you could smell the dampness. We were a bit disappointed as this bedroom was used by a family with an 18 month old baby. It was a shame as overall it was a nice place to stay for a few nights. Lydia who runs the accommodation was initially there to greet us and to kindly let us leave our belongings in the room before it was ready later in the afternoon but when we were promised a high chair for the baby it never arrived. She did inform us that her child became unexpectedly unwell at this time however the request for the high chair was made sometime before our arrival. It was inconvenient for us as we could have possibly brought along a portable alternative if it really wasn’t convenient or possible but of course we understood her concerns for her child.
• Maria esteso (5/5): - La ubicación. La comunicación con el propietario Estaban sucios los platos, mal lavados. Había muchísimo polvo. Había pelos largos negros, incluso en la parte de la cocina.... Hoy en día, lo mínimo es tener una cafetera aunque sea de las italianas típicas en España. El olor a desagüe en toda la escalera y el baño era muy fuerte.

• Katarína (8/5): - The apartment is in a fairly good location and, although the furnishings are a bit older, this was not a problem for us. Otherwise, everything was fine and we had an overall okay stay. There was quite a lot of noise from the neighbours during the night on all three nights of our stay, which could be an issue for some guests. The accommodation is also missing some basic amenities such as shower gel, shampoo or laundry detergent.

• Jorge (10/5): Great place in downtown Malaga - We only stayed one night but we found everything nice and confortable. The apartment is located in the city center, close to many shops and restaurants. The hosts were always very responsive and nice. Overall a great stay. The online check-in process, which involves completing forms and providing signatures, can be somewhat cumbersome.

• Jonathan (5/5): Buona posizione, da migliorare l’alloggio - Ho trascorso un soggiorno molto piacevole in questo appartamento. Una delle cose che ho apprezzato di più è sicuramente la posizione: in circa 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro, il che è perfetto per chi vuole esplorare la città senza dover usare mezzi di trasporto. Molto utile anche la presenza del phon e del ferro da stiro, comodità non sempre garantite in altri alloggi. Il check-in è stato rapido ed efficiente, senza perdite di tempo, e soprattutto voglio sottolineare la disponibilità totale del proprietario, sempre presente e reattivo al 100% a ogni mia richiesta. Se devo segnalare qualche aspetto meno positivo, all’interno dell’appartamento era presente un odore sgradevole, simile a quello di straccio bagnato, che ha un po' disturbato l’accoglienza iniziale. Inoltre, alcuni mobili risultano piuttosto vecchi e visibilmente rovinati, dando all'ambiente un aspetto trascurato. In particolare, il bagno necessiterebbe di qualche intervento: ho notato presenza di ruggine nella vasca da bagno e alcune piastrelle rotte, elementi che andrebbero sicuramente sistemati. Anche le pulizie generali potrebbero essere migliorate, per offrire un’esperienza più confortevole e curata.

Τα κρεβάτια πολύ άνετα και τα έπιπλα του σαλονιού επίσης. Πολύ κοντά στο κατάλυμα υπάρχει αγορά με όλα τα απαραίτητα. Η επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη ήταν εύκολη και άμεση Το μόνο που μας δυσκόλεψε ήταν ότι δεν υπήρχαν αρκετές πετσέτες διαθέσιμες ούτε κάποιο σαπούνι για το σώμα που προμηθεύτηκαμε από κοντινό κατάστημα

You will need ear plugs as you can hear everything. Apartment is very warm and AC doesn't go below 24. No AC in bedrooms. I'd suggest to owners having fans available as back up.

• Suzylln (6/5): Basic accommodation in good location - Property was spacious and location was good. About a 10-minute walk to the centre with shops close-by. Communication with host was good and access to apartment was straight-forward. No pillow or sheet on second bed, bathroom towels were worn, and marks on walls in second bedroom. Cooker wasn't working and no electric kettle on arrival. However, this was sorted by host who got us a kettle very quickly.

Helpful host. - The flat was clean and comfortable and excellent for our purposes - 2 friends on holiday in Malaga for 2 weeks. 15 min walk to old city and very convenient for buses and taxis. 2 supermarkets close by and good local shops. Our host was very responsive and helpful.

You can use the washing machine and everything in there fro free which is super nice! Bathroom was rather small and you cant hang up the shower head so you have to hold it the whole time. Also a bit of a walk to the beach but still fine to walk.
