Guest Reviews
- Speed (10/5): Comfortable with everything we needed. - Beautiful, well furnished and equipped apartment with easy access into the centre of Dublin and St James’s Gate

- Toni (10/5): The apartment was great, quiet, and very convenient... and it overlooked a canal. - The apartment was located just a couple of miles from Central Dublin...in its own little village. The easy access via the LUAS system tram brought us a few blocks from our apartment each day after enjoying new sights/adventures. Well worth it to buy the Visitor transportation pass at the airport when your arrive. We used it on the tram, a couple of regional trains and buses. Great value! Just wish we had had more time to spend on our trip...next time!
- Patrick (10/5): Een topappartement op een toplocatie. Wij komen hier zeker terug.

- Annemaree (10/5): Great spot to check out Dublin Town and the local area - Great location to explore Dublin, with multiple transport options easy to access. Also lots of local shops, cafes and bars.
- Jack Talent (9/5): -
- Silvia (8/5): Recomendable - Apartamento acogedor y funcional.

- Urszula (10/5): Would go back there - The location of the apartment is very convenient, it is close to the bus stop and not far from the Luas (tram) stop. The apartment is well-equipped and comfortable. The host is quick to respond and helpful if you need his assistance and it is easy to get in touch with him. We enjoyed our stay there.

- Oliver (7/5): Geräumiges Appartement mit Einschränkungen - Geräumiges Appartment mit 2 separaten Schlafzimmern und Bädern plus Wohnzimmer mit gut eingerichteter Küche.
Tiefgaragenparkplatz vorhanden.
- Patti (8/5): Very good - The location was close to everything we wanted to do. The pillows were uncomfortable.
- Samantha (10/5): Exceptional -
- Deborah (10/5): Great place and location for a family vacation. - Location was great - close to everything the layout worked well for us and it was very clean with comfortable beds. Also comfortable seating areas. We were there during 2 days of heat wave so it was warm - fans would have helped a lot :)
- Edie (8/5): Great few nights in Dublin. Accommodation handy to tram made going out super easy. - Location, clean and comfortable Access was over the top and water problems when having shower
- Joseph (8/5): Welcoming clean, well facilitised and safe. - Delivered exactly what it said in advert write up and confirmed all the positive customers reviews.
- Victoria (10/5): It’s a great place for money and very nice host - Cosy, everything needed in the kitchen, additional things like spices and sugar/oil/tea - amazing hospitality to think about such little things. Huge gratefulness for the power adapters and cables, we arrived unprepared but were saved because of this caring host Maybe more furniture for sitting together in the kitchen to watch TV.
- Susan (10/5): Clean, good value, great location - Great communication from owner with very detailed instructions for entry. Neighbors were a little loud, but to be expected in an apartment building.
- Tuğçe (9/5): Superb -
- Maelle (8/5): Pleasant stay - Cozy well located apartment A few spot that needs to be cleaned in the bathrooms but noting to be concerned about
- Ivana (9/5): Superb -
- Mandy (9/5): It was perfect for our needs. Location for trans into the city, great. Would recommend and even use again. Host was ve - Good location. Clean and tidy. Perfect for our needs Could do with a more comfortable sofa. Less squeaky beds
- Simona (9/5): beautiful apartment in a quiet zone and close to public transport - Good location, very close to a bus stop to the centre and quite close to the tram stop. Very quiet zone. Apartment with good comforts none
- Greenbergia (8/5): Very good - The location made it very easy to navigate public transportation into the city center. The apartment is on a quiet canal that was pretty. There was not enough comfortable seating for four people. To lounge together after a long day was difficult for our family. One or two more cushy seats would have been wonderful
- Maria (10/5): Exceptional -
- John (9/5): Excellent location and very comfortable (and large) suite. Really enjoyed our time here. - Great location. Comfortable w/ all the amenities you need. If the unit had a/c and/or room fans, it would’ve been perfect.
- Abby (8/5): Lovely location, recommend staying out in the evenings as it can be quiet noisy on weekends - The property is in a good location (only 10 mins drive from main attractions). Was light & airy with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. John was an understanding host and was able to sort an early check in for us. The door codes are sometimes difficult to input but it does mean that the property is keyless. Unfortunately the neighbours next door do like to have social gatherings on weekends and use the balcony outside the bedroom window. They were extremely noisy until 1am and have no consideration for their neighbours.
The shower in the en-suite room did not get hot water & is a hand held shower head.
- Mark (7/5): Good -
- Alejandra (8/5): Very good - Nice apartment with all the necessary for a comfy stay. Bus stop for 122 and S2 in the same street and Luas in a short walking distance. Supermarket in like 10 min. It was a bit of a gymkhana to enter the building, as there are codes and sensitive buttons to access, but we made it. The heat was on all the time in different schedules and you need to read a pdf to handle this...
I missed a personal touch as welcoming to the flat.
- Rob (7/5): We had a great time in Dublin and the apartment met all our needs. - The location was excellent: close to transit, shops (a great boulangerie on the corner) and to central Dublin. The apartment was clean and quiet. Once we found the correct entry door (it was dark out!) we were easily able to enter the codes and gain access to the building and the apartment itself. The host was helpful providing information and was flexible to allow us to leave our luggage for a time after check-out. The apartment could do with a few minor repairs (towel rack and shower nozzle in one of the bathrooms; a loose drawer in the kitchen) and a few more utensils/pots in the kitchen for cooking. Not a huge deal but it would be nice.
On a side note, it would be nice if Booking.com had a less cumbersome way to communicate with the host (ie. being able to reply directly to the host without having to look up the email address from a previous email).
- Deborah (8/5): Very good - Great location, good transport links to the city. Surrounding area had a nice village feel with a variety of resturants and stores. Unit itself was quiet and comfortable. A few minor maintainence issues with a shower head and washing machine, otherwise had everything you need. No milk or tea bags on arrival but shops close by.
- Sarah (7/5): Good - Very clean Needed a bigger sofa
- Michelle (7/5): A good air bnb but could be improved so easily, it would then be worth the £500 - Bedrooms, location and main bathroom Shower in small bedroom not fit for purpose, could have done with a larger sofa for 2 people to sit on, not sure where you would sit comfortably if there were 4 adults staying!!
- Claire (8/5): Very good -
- Tilman (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice apartment, everything you need is there
- Lewis (10/5): Exceptional -
- Aspasia (10/5): John, the host was extremely helpful with us and made our stay very easy and smooth. Everything was excellent in the apa - Beautiful apartment, very well equipped, we didn’t lose the comfort of our home. Perfect location, very close to the city centre.
- Juliana (10/5): Really lovely flat, comfortable, clean and well decorated. - Really comfy and made us feel like home. N/a
- Nganga (9/5): Superb -
- Calum (4/5): Disappointing -
- Aurane (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lucie (10/5): Highly recommended - Beautiful, spacious and bright apartment relatively close to Dublin city centre in a quiet neighbourhood. The bus stop and LUAS stop are very close by. John is a perfect host, very nice and welcoming. We were given perfect instructions on how to find the apartment and how to unlock the front door, everything went without any problem. This accommodation is an absolute 10/10.
- Patrick (9/5): Superb - Clean, comfortable, easy access to public transportation. Lack of air-conditioning.
- Anonymous (9/5): Great location, lovely apartment - Lovely apartment in a great location. Really good communication from the owner. There are only 4 car parking spaces outside the property but free parking on the neighbouring streets. Highly recommend
- Grégoire (8/5): Very good -
- Leslie (8/5): Would go back - Clean and comfortable Getting the phone to be able to park was a bit of a process but other than that great place
- Belinda (9/5): Superb -
