• Helene (7/5): - Lage, Balkon Es war nicht sauber (Suppenteller so dreckig dass ich sie gar nicht benutzen wollte / Kaffeemaschine nicht geputzt und sogar noch benutzte Kapseln - ich führte eine Kalkentfernung durch / in der Dusche Wasserflecken & schwarze Haare an den Armaturen - wurde offenbar nicht geputzt)

• daniel (10/5): - Pierre est au petit soin pour ses locataires, il prend toujours des nouvelles et est à votre entière disposition. Le studio est très bien placé pour le ski,les randonnées. Également à 2 pas du centre ville. Le studio est petit mais bien aménagé pour 2 à 3 personnes.

• Eirini (1/5): Very bad experience for us below photo with my face with mites - The key lockers was cheap and not very useful as we arrive kind of late we face that problem to find the keys and then to open the locker. When we enter the room smell if cigarettes was fully in the atmosphere and even with open window. Dirty kitchen dirty bathroom and the mattress smells smoke we couldn't sleep.Dispite all of these the worse things was in the mattress that it was full of mites and at the last day i woke up without rash in my face and arms totally bad experience for us.

We even received a whole list of things on what to do and where, what to eat in Crans-Montana. Doesn’t take long to get to the center. Located in the calm area with extremely beautiful views around. Appartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and enough space! Slight minus was a cleaner who popped up very early near the door and wanted already for us to leave to start his work, however the check-out was previewed for 10 a.m. Was kinda unexpected and made us rush.

• Jay (9/5): Generally a pleasant and enjoyable. - Location was pleasant and with in easy reach of cable cars for hiking as well as the town. Parking was very spacious. Ideal apartment for those looking for a comfortable place to stay and go out for hiking. Mornings and evenings it is very quiet as described by the host. Too many cars/taxis arriving at the premises between 2 & 3am in the morning (weekdays), on 1 occasion music blasting from the car and whilst parked, 2 other occasion's with different groups of people having very loud conversations outside for about 30-60mins. This of course is outside of the hosts control, its just unfortunate some people cannot abide by Swiss way of life in Switzerland.

• Gabriela (10/5): Endroit idéal pour visiter la région. - L'accès à l'appartement est très facile et bien organisé, le propriétaire est très discret, les informations par rapport à toutes les questions qu'on a besoin de savoir sont transmises à l'avance par la messagerie, c'est pourquoi on a pas besoin de déranger le propriétaire pour cela. L'immeuble est central, calme, avec le parking gratuit (grand atout), l'appartement est propre et bien équipé. Tout était parfait.

Très bon guide numérique fais par l’hôte avec plein de conseils sur le logement mais aussi la région, très agréable. Un super accueil fais par l’hôte avant même d’arriver, on s’est vraiment bien senti. Problème de télé et pas de réponse de l’hôte à ce sujet pendant le séjour, mais cela n’a rien entravé au séjour agréable passé a l’appartement

• Georgia (8/5): Great location and lives up to its name! - Fantastic location - true to description park the car and don’t use it! Right close to town and super close to ski lifts. Had a fantastic week here. The apartment was compact but had everything you needed, super clean and fresh! We are a bit on the shorter side and the climb into bed was a bit challenging.

• Torsten (9/5): Small but lovely place. - Great location in the vicinity of downtown Crans. The apartment had everything you need for a ski trip. We would not recommend staying here with more than 2 people even though it sleeps up to 4.

• Eric (7/5): Great location, Great price but a few things to fixed / improved. - The host is absolutely wonderful with great and timely communication. The location is perfect, only 4 minutes from downtown Crans, as stated in the description. It's easy to access the property and there is plenty outdoor garage space. The kitchen is very well equipped with really everything you need. The condo was very clean. The price is quite attractive. However, there are a few things to be aware of. - There was VERY LITTLE hot water pressure in the shower, which made taking a shower quite unpleasant. I was not going to mention it here as the host had told me that he was working on it, hoping that he would be able to fix it quickly. However, I am now realizing that someone else made the same comment in July 2024, which was 3 months before my own stay. So, this problem is well know and has been going on for months. Not sure this condo should be rented until this is fixed... - Be aware that the bed mattress is not very thick and is simply put on a piece of wood. It makes the whole bed VERY firm and not very comfortable. It would be much pleasant and comfortable to have a convertible sofa bed. - There is a wardrobe with hangers, but it's on the balcony. And the shelve space is on the floor, underneath the bed frame.

• Glen (7/5): Great location and value for money. - The location of the property was good. Near the restaurants and the shops. Value for money at that location was appreciated. It had a small refrigerator, dryer, small kitchen. Parking was very secured. The bed was too high. Very difficult to climb a bed that high and also getting down. The lobby had a certain odor that smelled like it was very old. Hot water from the shower was a bit weak and difficult to get a good sense of temperature for shower.
• Cristina (10/5): Care for the client - We found this place perfect integrated in nature. It is clean and bright, it is simple and comfortable, it is close to the centre. Also, the view from the balcony and from the top, the parking. Add the owner’ s care for the clients and for a simple and clean life, the good communication and easy check-in/check-out.
• Krista (7/5): I suspect sometimes it is nicer , we hit it when things were missing and it done. The first night I slept on a mattress - Location great , owner nice, balcony. No soap, ect when we got there, no bedding on one of the beds ( not a huge deal if there would have at least been some under the other bed for us to put on). Lights did not always work in the hallway.
• Aiyu (8/5): Good - Pierre is the most attentive landlord I have ever met. His thoughtfulness and warmth were evident even before I checked in. One highlight of my stay was the incredibly comfortable bed; it was perfect for a restful sleep after a long, tiring day. However, I did experience an issue with the shower in the bathroom—the water flow in the hot water setting was very low, making bathing somewhat uncomfortable. Unfortunately, this problem could not be resolved during my stay.
