• Romain (5/5): Beau chalet et bon confort, mais plusieurs désagréments (spa, salle de détente, caution) ont terni l’expérience. - Le chalet est très beau, confortable et bien entretenu. La cuisine est bien équipée et la literie de très bonne qualité. Le cadre est agréable. L’eau du spa s’est trouvée souillée selon l’hôte après notre séjour probablement en raison des fortes pluies, malgré le fait que nous ayons toujours pris soin de le refermer après usage. De plus, nous n’avons pas pu utiliser la salle de détente (garage fermé), ce qui a été un vrai désagrément. Enfin, la gestion de la caution a été problématique, avec un prélèvement non restitué et une absence de communication via Booking. L’hôte a été particulièrement désagréable dans ses échanges écrits, manquant de courtoisie et de sens du service. Plutôt que de chercher des solutions constructives, il a adopté un ton accusateur et peu professionnel. Cela a accentué l’insatisfaction déjà générée par les contraintes et frais supplémentaires imposés.

Probably one of the nicest places we've been This chalet-admin is cheap and inhospitable. None of the check-out rules were specified before booking, yet guests are burdened with an excessive list of chores despite paying a high cleaning fee. Only 1 towel per guest was provided, which is extremely inconvenient, especially for those who need separate towels for body&hair. There was just 1 and a half rolls of toilet paper for the entire stay and a single-use cup of laundry detergent. The kitchen had older&scratched kitchenware, and upon departure guests are expected to do nearly all the work themselves: strip every bed, take out trash and recycling, carry the host’s laundry upstairs, wash and put away dishes, and gather towels in the washer:tasks that easily take about 3 hours. Adding insult to injury, a tip box is left out, as though the mountain of chores weren’t already enough. To make matters worse, passive-aggressive notes and warnings are plastered on the walls that included threats of extra charges if flies get inside the house. This atmosphere feels hostile and unwelcoming
