- Ingrid (5/5): It was ok, the apartment needs a lot of work. I would get a new cleaner and new maintenance person. - the location was very good. Close to the tram It needs a lot of maintenance. Dripping taps, bathroom vanities very worn, mould in the showers, coffee machine broken, walls in the garage all holey, ceiling all stained, cupboards dirty inside and very messy, the apartment needs some love and attention.

All dishes were dirty on arrival, we discovered later that the dishwasher is useless.
Kettle is almost leaking water from all the rust.
THEY BOOKED A SERVICE FOR THE GARAGE ENGINE DURING OUR STAY AND ENTERED THE HOUSE WITHOUT OUR APPROVAL.
They ask you to put your credit card details on a external website, which goes against all cyber safety guidelines possible. Bookig.com didn't do anything about that.
Master bedroom is facing the street, and every night something happened, either people screaming or bin truck at 4am.
Bathroom sink leaking water everywhere.
The house had a terrible smell when we arrived, and you could still see the dirty old mop sitting on the rain outside.
