• Morelli (10/5): - Lots of space, 10 minute walk to transit, restaurants and convenience stores close by. Clean and everything needed. Beds were a bit stiff and cleaner showed up an hour before checkout.

• Tina (7/5): Good location, easy to find. Comfortable for our family of 5. Bed not great. - Good location. Easy walk to convenience stores and train stations. Nice quiet location. Bed was very uncomfortable not just hard but springs seem broken. Not good if you have back issues.

• MANAMI (8/5): 快適に過ごせました！ - トイレやお風呂がたくさんあり、大人数で泊まりましたが快適でした！ ベッドの部屋が多くプライベート空間がしっかりありよく休めました！ キッチンのカトラリーや食器類が充実していたら嬉しかったです。 ソファーのシミが気になりました。 洗濯に柔軟剤があれば嬉しかったです。
• Kyung (8/5): Multi room stand alone house with many beds and bathrooms. - So many rooms and lots of beds. Good air conditioner in the living room and one of the bedroom upstairs. Didn’t use other rooms. It’s out of the way from central Tokyo but it was perfect for us who was settling our son into a dormitory few blocks away. Quiet suburbs.
• Sing Wai (10/5): - 地方近東京中心點，鄰近有車站和便利店（6分鐘步行時間），有泊車的地方，有洗衣乾衣設備，地方整潔，負責人回應迅速而且十分願意提供協助。 地點有點難找，開車時容易去了另一條街道，如有有照片提示在那一個建築物就要左轉會更理想一些。
• tanabe (8/5): - 沢山部屋があって、洗濯も出来て良かったです。 観光にも行きやすくて良かったです。 ボックスカーを駐車するのは、大変でした。 道が狭かったので、ポストがもう少し右にあるといいなと思いました。 一階の駐車場側の寝室のエアコンが効かずで使えませんでした。

• Tengku (10/5): Great Stay – Strategic Location with Nearby Shops & Grocery, Spotlessly Clean - Overall, the 3-storey house is quite spacious compared to most homes in Tokyo and most importantly, it has three bathrooms which is incredibly convenient. The host provided clear and detailed instructions and was very responsive throughout our stay. The upstairs room currently has two beds that make the space feel extremely cramped you can’t even move there were just an inch from the door. Consider replacing them with a bunk bed or a bed with a pull-out trundle to help address the space constraint. Adopting a minimalist IKEA-style design would also make the room feel more spacious and conducive to use, while keeping it simple and functional.

• Charlie (5/5): Our stay was good other than the hard beds and stained furniture, no wash cloths but the house per se was decent. - Location. Beds were very hard, uncomfortable and very low.
• Kayeng (9/5): Nice private house for large family or group. House was clean - In a very convenient location, Close walking distance to train station and corner store. The neighbourhood was nice and quiet Bed was too hard for my liking. Not ideal for any people who are overweight/overly large as staircase is quite narrow so one would have difficulty going up to the second or third level and it seems the house is set up for smaller frame persons
