Excellent communication prior to arrival. - Good location for using bus service to CBD, except that like many areas the streets are very steep! Coffee (pod) machine was not reliable and no manual for it in the kitchen. Manuals were there for other household machines. Some other kitchen crockery/items would have been helpful.
