Kirsti (1/5): DONT BOTHER - Nothing I booked the stay and was due to pick up keys at 3pm. The had deducted $930 along with a $500 bond. With 15 minutes left before we were supposed to check in, I had to make contact via several different avenues before being put through to a staff member, who was unsure if the "cleaning" had been completed. After about 25 minutes I got a call to tell me that unfortunately they had had an "emergency event" and would like us to please cancel the booking. After doing so we were assured our money - almost $1500 - would be deposited straight back into our account so we could rebook with another stay. It has now been 4 days and we have not received any of the $930 back, only the $500 deposit. I would definitely NOT recommend this venue for your next stay. Very disappointed.
